It’s Raccoon Appreciation Day! 🦝💫

They’re cute, crafty, and always plotting their next snack heist.

Sure, they’ll go full ninja on an open dumpster. But raccoons also eat insects, rodents, and fallen fruit, which helps keep ecosystems in check.

So if you see a raccoon this week:

Our parks are some of the best places to reconnect with what really matters, nature. 🌱

@fortparkerstatepark offers some of the best sunsets in central Texas. Only about a 1.5 hour drive from Dallas you can find activities like:

🚴‍♀️ Biking

Welcoming all FIFA visitors to Texas 🤠
