part 2 of workoutmaxxing en PR: el cousin link up en @progym_guayama 🤝🏼 el plan era sacar los videos en real time pero pues, no pasó 😭

@efer_texidor nos sacó a entrenar. literalmente tuvo que venir a buscarnos en casa de abuela to make sure que fuéramos (como que nos conoce)… o y ignoren los shoes, there was only so much we could pack 😅

hubo mucha queja, hubo mucha charla, y obviamente muchos videos. surround yourself with people that make you wanna get better. 💪🏼

ps. si estás buscando un buen entrenador que te push, aquí lo tienen @efer.fitness

créditos:
@carmenyadira_pr asistente personal 😂
@emma hypewoman 🫶🏼

morning miles with @girlsrunthe305 x @on ✨

this was such a good event and i’m so excited to join them in future ones. running with so many girlies and having that extra motivation definitely makes this running thing a lil easier 👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏽

thank you @ari.2901 for putting this together 💓

post-run matcha from @cafelocohcompany was the perfect way to end the workout 🍵
