North America distributor of high tech fly tying materials. @textreme_fly_fishing

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There’s a certain feel to good materials. You know it the second it hits your vise.

Textreme’s been doing it right in Italy for a long time, rooted in a textile house that’s been working with yarns since the 1960s, and building fly tying materials since the early days of the craft.

Every spool, every fiber, every color is made there. Start to finish.

Now it’s here in the U.S., distributed across North America through Mayfly Outdoors.

Threads, synthetics, mylars, tools… refined over years of working directly with tyers who knew what was missing.

Check out the all new website [LINK IN BIO] and find Textreme products in fly shops near you soon.

Another Dealer Days in the books here in Montrose, Colorado.

Last week, we welcomed fly shops, industry friends, and partners from across the country back to our home at Mayfly Outdoors. A few days filled with familiar faces, new friendships, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of fly fishing.

From the factory floor to the water, our dealers got a firsthand look at the people and processes behind the brands they carry. We spent time building reels, repairing product, sharing stories, and putting a little friendly competition into the mix with casting and fly tying challenges. And somewhere between all of that, we found plenty of time to just hang out and enjoy being together.

That’s what makes Dealer Days special to us. It’s not just about showing off what’s new or walking through the factory. It’s about connecting the people who build product across the industry with the people who put them in anglers’ hands every day. The relationships, conversations, and friendships that come out of these few days are what make this industry so special.

To the dealers who traveled near and far, our partners who helped bring the event to life, and our entire team who put in the work behind the scenes, thank you.

We’re fortunate to work alongside people who care as much about fly fishing and this community as we do. Until next time!
