we’ve officially closed our books and started a new chapter. the wedding industry gave us a wild ride. and lately we’ve been pivoting towards brand strategy and design. but the texture and tequila name felt like it still kept us in the past. so we’ve pivoted and created something new. a creative agency for brands - where we specialize in that same timeless glamour and bold innovation. so catch us over @monroecreative.co where we harness the power of duality in design to create brands that re both timeless and unapologetically modern. our focus is on brand strategy, brand design, brand marketing, brand events and activations. this account will remain active as an archive of this journey as a wedding designer. thank you for the space to create, share and inspire. xxo casey by @textureandtequila

The photos are in 📸✨ #SWIPE Teamwork makes the dream work on this event @themoderndaywife @meghanfialkoff @chelseaburwash @chelseakellller 👏🏻👏🏻 Our event last week in LA was a VIBE…a What She Said Vibe in partnership with @wlosangeles (Bri, the Marketing Manager of this hotel is truly amazing) In business it’s important to have good partnerships where everyone can win — @meghanfialkoff couldn’t agree more on this one ✨ From the ambience, to photo opps by @textureandtequila @cutiepieevents plus the brand experiences (from guessing your skin age with @revive.md, building a makeup TestTube with @newbeauty and learning all about bioactive beauty with @acarrebeauty ) it was all phenomenal! And not mention sippin on @delola aka. @jlo brand 💕#seriousvibes Hosted by leader @meghanfialkoff and our right hand gal @bridgeeetkaaay the vibe was definitely, feminine, flirty and fun 💋 Swipe to see some of the finest moments of the evening including the iconic What She Said Panel featuring: @jennchanglam @acarrebeauty @marylai.co @andreaspeir @brightonbutler @celesterodriguesbeverlyhills Follow along @themoderndaywife to check out our next event April 5th in LA, see you all there! We've taken a lot of time over the last few months to identify how we want to move forward in this space. A lot has changed both personally and professionally in the last 2 years and feel it's a good time to re-evaluate our presence and where we can put our best foot forward with our time, energy and design expertise. One thing we're really excited about building is our design partnership with @themoderndaywife – these girls are amazing and being a part of so much passion as their brand develops and grows has been very rewarding. So, we'll be looking to collaborate with more brands moving forward to service their design strategy and event design needs! As for weddings...we do have a few we'll be designing for in 2024 that we are super excited about (hey there @gatheredinstyle !) as they align with our brands values and goals. But overall, we will be taking a huge step back from weddings. We are so grateful of all the couples we've been able to design for and the dreams we've been a part of thus far, but are going to limit our wedding design services and moving forward, will be very strategic in deciding who we take on. We not only want to make sure we have the appropriate time and resources to put into your wedding design, but also that our style aligns with your vision for ultimate beauty and success. We’ll be showing up in other ways too - maybe a guide of sorts? Hint hint - as we continue to grow and evolve 🤍 Change is scary but progress is rewarding and we couldn't be more excited for this next chapter of texture & tequila - xxo by @textureandtequila

Lord give me strength, because not being able to completely take over your feed with this wedding is torture! For now, here is one of the many Flat-Lay designs I styled for Gab & Dylans African Vogue Inspired Wedding. I usually plan out my flat lay designs prior to each wedding. This one however was a spur of the moment design and it's by far one of my favorite designs to date! 💋💋 taken in South Africa by @textureandtequila

sophisticatedly simple. seems to be the new motto these days. and not just in the way we design here. but also in the way we design our life. and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. because simplicity speaks volumes. and we’re here to be heard. xxo Planner | @rachelbeharevents Venue + Drink | @74_wythe Photographer | @forgedinthenorth Florist | @iviejoyfloralarts Stationery & Signage | @textureandtequila HMU | @willowhouse.beauty Ceremony music | @newyorkceremonymusic DJ | @djjonblak Caterer | @dishfoodnyc Lighting | @ulsnyc #weddingdesigner #weddinginvite #weddinginvitationinspiration #weddinginspo #nyceventdesigner #luxurywedding #tntdesigns by @textureandtequila

one of the simplest but most unique escort installations we've designed to date. the wedding included every color of the rainbow in the most tasteful way. each card matched the 'color accents' of where they were going to sit in reception. truly a cohesive, branded experience brought to life.⁣ Venue : @natirarweddings Planner: @hilleventco Photography: @parkeryoung Floral: @brave_floral @brave_floral_weddings Installation Design: @textureandtequila Hair: @ashleyraibick_beautyandbridal Makeup: @beauteousmax Band: @ebetalent Rentals: @taylorcreativeinc @partyrentalltd Lighting: @loungeitup Invitation Suite: @salstudios_ Place Cards + Calligraphy: @redclaypaper #weddingbrand #tntdesigns #weddinginspo #nyceventdesigner #modernwedding #luxurywedding #weddingsignage #weddingdesigner #chicwedding #eventbranding by @textureandtequila
