I came to bali expecting to settle into a routine that would leave me feeling inspired, productive, and present. But between traveling to new countries, doing a visa run, and having family come visit, it ended up being so much harder than I expected. I didn’t realize how much constantly being on the go was affecting my mental health until recently.

This past month, I’ve finally built a routine, and it’s completely changed my experience here. The gym, work, slow mornings, beach, and simple daily habits have made Bali feel the way I always imagined it would. It’s a reminder that no matter how beautiful a place is, peace doesn’t come from the location, it comes from the routines and habits that ground you.🤍 taken in Bali, Indonesia by @teyarenee_
