Public speaking is one of the most valuable skills a girl can build early, yet it's often the one she gets the least practice with.

Start small. Speaking up in class or answering a question even when unsure are practice rounds for bigger stages later.

Prepare, but don't over rehearse. Knowing your main points matters more than memorizing every word.

Slow down. Pausing feels longer to you than it sounds to your audience, and it almost always makes you clearer.

Watch speakers you admire. Confidence is often learned by watching it modeled well.

Her voice doesn't need to be perfect to be powerful. It just needs to be heard.

Open conversations matter more than just restricting access. Curiosity doesn't stop at a locked setting.
