You helped make each other’s lives spectacular during a difficult time in the world. We appreciate the band for their time and energy. As we often say, their events are the closest thing to heaven! #tfftuesdays #TFFTuesday #TravelTuesday Be sure to read the latest posts on Substack so you can stay in the know. Join the Tears for Fears group managed by Danny Cricks alongside his friends and loyal TFF Superfans so you can engage with others who help keep everyone in the know. We communicate in tandem with these teams so that we can all enjoy the band together as often as possible. Several said having both @thereallevans and @carinaround was a major POWER MOVE for @tearsforfearsmusic - the seven together was a Majestic experience that raised the bar. We are open to doing whatever to see THIS again! There was a BEAMING energy streaming from each band member these past three days on top of an incredible venue that took comfort and luxury to the tenth power. Bravo @fontainebleaulasvegas and all involved in this mini residency. Unbelievable! Of all the Tears for Fears events in Vegas over the years, 2024 topped it!!! 👏👏👏 by @tfftravelfans

🗣️🎙️ We love that Mr. Caithcart let him speak. Jamie shared his start to present day including huge influences as well as his special and endearing relationship with Tears for Fears. There is a treasure chest of gold in this episode! We are so grateful for this interview. We’ll need to ask for a copy of it for the archives. It is one of the best yet!! 📚THAT was fun! We’ve been waiting years for a true sit down chat with Mr. Orzabal in an online setting. It happened tonight. Hope he does another.Replay is on YouTube (thanks Lady Tam). He read three excerpts from the book. It is indeed layered with astrology. He touched on Curt’s reaction to the book - and it was beautiful. Talked about being a father to a daughter (Girl Dad) and how he understands Curt even more now as we all know Curt has two amazing daughters. He spoke to Manila’s TFF Fan team member, Joyce twice and and answered as many questions as he could. He deserves a moderator when he does these which will allow him to savour the love and warm sentiments from those truly engaged with the topic. We’ll discuss more once we go through all of our notes. Just so happy this finally happened. He knows we love a good listening hour. by @tfftravelfans

🎉 🎶 We’re celebrating the anniversary of the first #TearsForFears concert at the beloved 😘@molesbath - 1 April was the day that blessed band began to truly rule the world with lyrics that opened our minds and changed our lives. Now four generations of fans are still showing up with their young children in tow singing every word to every song on the set list. 🎧 🎶 We’re rounding out our Tears for Fears “The Hurting” anniversary weekend with a Big Happy Birthday to Michael Magno! Magno has been a fan of Tears for Fears for many years. He joined us for two shows back in 2017 & 2019. For those who have attended his events you know that he often plays a TFF song during his set and has made sure to tag us on occasion so we can share it! You’ll find his awesome work on Magno Music social pages as well as our Tears for Fears Travel Fan quarterly updates. So glad to have Michael in the fold! 💙🩵❤️🎸❤️‍🩹🎵It’s a historic day. A powerful day…a really BIG and incredibly miraculous day! In 1985 the Universe gifted us Songs From The Big Chair - the phenomenal album by Tears for Fears and in 2022 The Tipping Point - both soothing our souls during trying times.Both became a lifeline, a parent, an unexpected best friend, for some it morphed into a security blanket (even Linus would agree) and for many it was a spiritual experience. Our intense gratitude persists. We hold on to the lyrics like scholarly advice.Much love to all involved (past and present) for the tireless work that went into getting these gifts and the healing power of both albums released.
