This vision for outdoor living is nearly complete and already extraordinary.

From above, every element of this remarkable property begins to tell the full story: a beautifully designed pool, an outdoor kitchen made for gathering, a cozy fire pit lounge, and a private soccer field, all thoughtfully connected to create an experience far greater than the sum of its parts.

Only the finishing touches remain, but the scale of this transformation is already breathtaking. Even the landscaping was carefully planned with the future in mind, allowing the surroundings to grow richer, more natural, and more beautiful with every passing season.

A home designed not only for today, but for years of unforgettable moments to come.
Thank you to everyone who is part of this project!

2025 was a year of meaningful achievements.
Our Tenafly House was honored with the 2025 AIA New Jersey Design Award.

This project celebrates light, materiality, and a seamless connection to nature—an architectural vision brought to life through thoughtful collaboration.

It was a true honor to work alongside Jeff Jordan Architects @jeffjordanarchitects and we’re excited to already be underway on another project together. The same dedicated team @tamarsnir behind this home has already begun work on a new residence scheduled to be built this year.

Grateful for the trust, the teamwork, and the opportunity to build award-winning architecture. taken in Tenafly, New Jersey by @tfhdevelopment

There’s a moment in every home when you can start to feel it becoming real.
A new space. A new chapter. A place where life will happen.
We’re getting closer. 🤍 taken in Cresskill, New Jersey by @tfhdevelopment

It started with an empty backyard.

Now, the shape of what’s to come is finally starting to appear.

This is one of our favorite parts of building, watching an idea move from plans on paper into something you can actually see and walk around.

There’s still a long way to go, but we can already picture what this space will become: summer days outside, family and friends together, and memories made right at home.

Just the beginning.

Should we go in? 👀

One of our TFH homes, completed about a year ago and still a home we love coming back to.

From the soaring ceilings and expansive kitchen to the hidden pantry tucked just beyond it, every space was designed with both beauty and everyday living in mind.

Large windows fill the home with natural light, while warm details and thoughtfully connected spaces create an atmosphere that feels inviting, comfortable, and made for family.

A home that feels like home. 🤍 taken in Tenafly, New Jersey by @tfhdevelopment

From plans on paper to spaces you can walk through. 🤍

There’s something special about watching a home take shape — seeing an idea become a foundation, a structure, and eventually, a collection of spaces that will be lived in and filled with memories.

At this stage, you can start to see the vision coming together: the proportions, the light, the flow between spaces, and the details that will make this home feel like home.

And this is only the beginning.

More to come as we continue building, one step at a time.

Watching an idea come to life is the essence of why I do what I do, and I’m truly grateful for it.

Seeing the vision take shape, detail by detail, is the most rewarding part of the process. This is my “why”. by @tfhdevelopment

A closer look at a TFH home taking shape 🤍

With every visit to the site, another part of the vision comes to life.

Large windows are bringing in natural light, a spacious entrance opens into the heart of the home, and a wide connection to the backyard is already hinting at the indoor-outdoor living to come.

The structure is taking form, the spaces are becoming clearer, and you can finally start to imagine how this home will be lived in.

Still a work in progress, but we’re loving where it’s headed. taken in Cresskill, New Jersey by @tfhdevelopment

A little look at some of the projects we’ve been working on lately✨

Each one has its own character, atmosphere, and design, but they all share the same standards: thoughtful work, quality craftsmanship, and a team of talented professionals who care about every detail.

And at the heart of it all, there’s something even more important: creating homes where families can slow down, spend time together, and make memories that last.

Swipe through to see a few of the special moments from our projects 🤍 taken in Bergen County by @tfhdevelopment
