Dear Swanton Softball,
I thank you for the bonds I have been blessed to build with the most amazing girls around. From stepping on the field with a new group of girls each year, I’m glad we went out with a bang this year. Everyone took on an important role at some point in the season and made the best of it. This team was by far the best out of my 4 years. The softball itself wasn’t the most enjoyable but being able to come to practice and enjoy it because of the people around really made a difference in how I view high school sports. Each person has played such a huge role and I’m so proud of everyone.
I want to really shout out @lylacarrizaless and @afaber08 because without them, I honestly couldn’t have done it. You girls may not know it, but you pushed me to be better not only for the team but role models for you both on and off the field. I did everything in my power to prove myself to you guys because I was most afraid of disappointment from you. So thank you both for saving my butt more than once. I appreciate you both more than you will ever know. Saying goodbye to my highschool sport wasn’t the hard part, but saying goodbye to you 100% was. I love you girls❤️
