Last night i was talking to @willsmithwriter when @jimmyakingbola came by. Many years ago, i produced Will’s radio series and Jimmy guest starred in an ep playing a hip hop artist who had only come on the show because he assumed it was Hollywood Will Smith hosting it - and now he is incredible as Geoffrey in Bel-Air exec produced by that Will Smith! and Will played a caricature version of himself obsessed with James Bond - and now he writes the greatest Spy thriller on British TV. It’s the ciiiiirrclllleee of lliiiiiiffffeeee it’s the wheeel of fooorttuunnnnne I feel very lucky to have got to work with the best, brightest and nicest creative people who deserve all their successes! by @tghelani

Sophie Straw is back! Starring the wonderful Gemma Arterton as a woman finding her comic voice in the 1960’s. It’s written by Morwenna Banks on a work adapted from a Nick Hornby novel. The whole of this new season is available on @skytv and @nowtv (as is s1 if you missed it). Get groovin’ by @tghelani

My little neice has left taunting notes hidden around my house. Jokes on her ‘cause she can’t even spell. #logics #smarts by @tghelani

Please forgive a moment of boast but thrilled that two shows I commissioned at @skytv feature in this ‘hidden gems’ style article. I loved working on both #funnywoman and #smothered as they were made by such incredibly talented writers, production teams and cast. A blessing and a joy. Both romcoms in their own way which is why I include #fellowtravellers here even though I had NOTHING TO DO WITH IT WHATSOEVER, but I do love the sound of a show about a lifelong frisson. #lifelongfrisson #funnywoman #smothered #skytv #whattowatch by @tghelani
