Almost two weeks later and I’m STILL thinking about what happened at the first Aim Like a Boss.

I thought I was creating a ladies-only gun range experience. What I watched happen was women literally take a shot at FEAR and walk away with a different level of confidence.

The nerves were REAL at first. 😂 But once that first shot went off? The energy shifted and fear got quieter. Oh and chileeeeee, the confidence got LOUDER!

And almost two weeks later, that’s the part that still sticks with me. Sometimes confidence doesn’t come before you do the scary thing. Sometimes you have to take the shot first!

The first Aim Like a Boss showed me exactly what this experience can become.

So yes… we’re doing it again! 👀

Discovering more and more about my personality type as an adult has been so fulfilling (yet, eye-opening).

I mean, anyone else feeling like you’re having to relearn yourself in your 30s? For myself I’ve come to terms with a lot lately. One thing is identifying that I may have a little 🤏🏽 (or a lot) more in common with ADHD along with my anxiety.

Back to being the curvy gym girl🏋🏽‍♀️🎧

Took some time to realign but sometimes different seasons call for a different version of yourself. Boundaries, self-care, success, and discipline are all things that require you to reflect on the space you deserve and the value you bring. Which makes me question, how am I honoring myself if I’m not showing up more for myself?

So, yea it’s back to what made me feel my best and show up as the higher version of myself. 💪🏽 by @tgthemogul

Tonight I’m on a high from the success of hosting events again!

TONIGHT THE LADIES CAME. TOOK THEIR SHOT. AND LEFT MORE CONFIDENT. 🎉

What started as an idea became an unforgettable night. 💕 The very first Aim Like a Boss brought together an incredible group of women who stepped outside their comfort zones, learned firearm safety, challenged themselves, and proved that confidence grows when you’re willing to take the shot.

This wasn’t just about hitting a target, but it was about building confidence, creating connections, and embracing the power of preparation. Every smile, every target, and every conversation reminded me exactly why this experience was needed.

To every woman who trusted us with your first shot (or your next one), thank you for making this what it was. This is only the beginning!

POV: Building as a CMO before the market sees the results.

The results people see are usually the smallest part of the journey. But they do not always see the decisions that had to be made before anything could move. Every collaboration is not in alignment and access is not the same as accountability. And in this season, accountability is required. Because when you are building at a high level, discernment is discipline.

Over the years, every opportunity and every opened door helped anchor my understanding of who I am as a strategist, a creative, and a marketing expert. Some rooms taught me what to carry forward and some taught me the difference between being needed and being valued.

As Q3 is here, I’m putting my discipline before the demand and MORE discernment behind the decisions. by @tgthemogul

I’ve learned that success isn’t about doing more. It’s about not allowing fear to stop you from building something strong enough to outlive you.

This season is about operating with intention, leading with excellence, and creating impact that extends far beyond a moment.
