No competition in your own lane. 🏁

Stg I don’t do anything to go viral, for likes or validation. I just keep it me.

If y’all dig it, that’s a plus.

If ya don’t, I do.

This part of my record keeping.

Peace to the grateful, love for the hateful.
To the uninspired, last rites.
For everybody else, CLARITY.

Because strong men are RARE

& NEEDED.

I built Atlas for men like me —
Men who were strong… sometimes not grounded.

Men who can lift weight… but sometimes struggle to carry themselves.

This world is soft, and angry.
But you don’t change it by yelling back.

You change it by becoming the kind of man
who leads by example.

Who trains with intention.

Who doesn’t fold under pressure — or emotion.

Strong men are rare.
Strong men are needed.

That’s what Atlas is for.

This isn’t just about muscle, aesthetics or physical strength.

It’s about reclaiming what’s sacred.

Our Discipline.
Our Direction.
Our Decision.

I built Atlas for the men who refuse to stay small, both physically or mentally.

It’s not just a program.
It’s the return to actual strength. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @th.ee.bg37

Don’t believe the hype 🫡

You can’t need to inject your way into manhood.

Your body produces testosterone based on one thing:
What it perceives you need to be.

That means:
	•	Your sleep tells it if you’re recovering like a warrior or collapsing like prey
	•	Your training tells it if strength is a priority
	•	Your hydration & nutrition tell it if your system is safe enough to build
	•	And your identity — how you walk, lead, speak, and choose — tells it if you’re worth the signal

Testosterone doesn’t lead. It responds.
Expression drives elevation.
Activity calibrates signal.
Manhood is earned — not injected.

Atlas doesn’t hold up the world for performance & you won’t either. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @th.ee.bg37

What’s it all for?

Most men think training is about doing more.
More reps. More weight. More sweat.

But real training isn’t stress — it’s response.

Anyone can overwork. Few know how to adapt.

You don’t grow in the lift — you grow in the recovery.

Nervous system fried? Strength won’t show up.
Joints locked? Your power’s leaking.

If you’re tired all the time, if you feel beat down instead of built up…

You don’t need to quit —
You need to train smarter, deeper, cleaner.

That’s what Atlas is for. taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @th.ee.bg37

Some stuff that’s been helping

1. Band Anchored Single leg Airplane
2. Long Lever Bridge March (heel driven)
3. Short Lever Bridge March (heel driven)
4. ISO Single Leg Sprinter knee extension
5. Lying Banded Abduction
6. Split Stance KB Snatch
7. Spiral In-place Lunge & Row
8. Loaded Roman Chair Leg Raises (KTC)
9. Lateral Anti-Plank reps
10. Ballistic Swing Raise & Row
11. Band Resisted ISO Tibial Glide Hamstring Curl
12. Reverse Sled Back Pedal (I definitely added weight)
13. Hip abduction
14. Belt Squat (Hinge squat)
15. DEADLIFT!!

Every exercise I chose is because I listened to my body while using science to help navigate movement patterns to load. It’s not that complicated. I choose what felt good, and I should’ve added box jumps and jumping rope to the list but I’ve only box jumped twice in 13 weeks and jumping rope isn’t something I’m able to consistently use comfortably yet. (Too much recovery time)

So running Atm is doable but too taxing (means no marathons or run clubs), jumping rope isn’t full access, and lateral movement is doable at low thresholds.

Excited to be moving into Kettlebell season for loading knee flexion and training quads. I’m excited about this new routine starting next week.

Btw I love designing programs, if you want to talk about one for you DM me “Wit Respect” and let’s get you challenged!! taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @th.ee.bg37
