Our little fur baby, Panko. You were the sweetest girl, even if you were a little shit at times. How lucky we were to have something that makes saying good bye so hard. It might have not been for long that we had you but we loved and spoiled you the best we could. From those first few sleepless nights having to sleep on the floor next to you to finally seeing you be able to jump up on the bed and curl up right between us to sleep. You made coming home a delight in seeing how excited you were to see us with those little numb wags of a tail. It was always the hardest leaving you behind only since you'd just started learning to block the door by sitting your tiny butt in front to prevent us from leaving and seeing your little silhouette pop on the door telling us to come back.

Its crazy to look back and see that we only had you for 5 months though it seemed so much longer. Missing your unconditional love and playful paws, we are now apart. You’re gone to another place but we’ll never forget you.

I may no longer be able to hold your hand or give you hugs, but you’ll forever be in my heart. I've started to think of all the things I've meant to say, to ask, the things I've said to you before and asked millions of times and I'll want to say it just one more time but now I won't get to. It's been difficult trying to go through photos of you because I know I wont get to create any more new memories of or with you. But the memoroes I do have of you I'll forever treasure. It's hard knowing that you won't be on the end of the phone to talk to or popping up to help fix something because it broke. I could always go to you with anything, no matter what. Even when we didn't see eye to eye, I knew you would always hear me out and listen even though I may not have wanted to listen to your words of wisdom.

You were always there for eveyone. From family to friends, colleagues and especially everyone at the church. You would be there with open arms and helping hands. Through your faith, you were always compassionate. You were never a man of many words, but you always expressed your love through your actions. You always taught me to see the good in people and to love unconditionally. And I know I'll get to carry the memory and legacy of you forward in the way you'd love and care for others. I know you are now at peace and free of pain after your struggles with post COVID symptoms, but I will miss you dearly everyday for the rest of my life. I love you, Ba Minh.
