Arguably the best composed grindcore song of all time by German fastcore legends Yacøpsæ! Also probably their best album oat

Yacøpsæ - Frost
C Standard tuning tuned not exactly at 1/4 step but close to.

Happy 100th post!

Rest in Peace to the godfather and co-creator of heavy metal, John Michael ‘Ozzy’ Osbourne the Prince of Darkness.

As I write this, I am at a loss for words. The news of Ozzy’s passing has left me tearing up and deeply shaken and he’s just one of those people that you are so connected with despite not meeting them in person.

We’ve lost legends before - Eddie Van Halen, Dimebag Darrell, Lemmy, Taylor Hawkins - each one a gut punch to the heart of rock and metal. But this one… this one hurts differently.
You weren’t just a musician; you were a force. A symbol. An icon.

When you joined Sabbath, that was the greatest thing you ever did. Little did anyone know, it would go on to inspire millions of metalheads and bands across the globe.
And even after you were kicked out, you never gave up - you started an even greater legacy, one that gave so much to so many in many continents and countries across the world.
Even after the death of Randy, the bat and dove incidents, urinating on the Alamo, the hard drugs and alcohol, the quad bike crash - you still powered on, as the unbreakable icon you were.
Even on your retirement tours, you had that same endless determination to play, and for that I genuinely thank you.

I was meant to see you in London a few years ago with Judas Priest, but it was sadly cancelled. Still, I never complained, because I knew you would keep powering on.
From my dad introducing me to your music in the Scream tour and the 2000s Zakk Wylde era and later on with Black Sabbath, you have inspired me endlessly - not just in my playing, but in how I live my insanely passionate music life.

Thank you for creating the greatest heavy metal concert - the greatest day in heavy metal - with Back to the Beginning, bringing out everyone who was ever touched by your music.
Thank you so much and I love you so much.

Fly high, and keep rocking up there in heavy metal paradise with Randy, Randy C. ,Dimebag, Lemmy, Lee K., Eddie Van Halen, and Bernie.
My heart goes out to the Osbourne family.

❤️❤️🕊️🕊️

Rest in Peace, Ozzy Osbourne

This is part 1 of my first VengaWorld event down at ForeverGood! Honestly was a much bigger turnout than I expected and was honestly the best car event of 2025 so far! Thank you guys for organising this incredible event with all these amazing cars and will hope to see you in the next one!

Number One Hypocrite - Dystopia

Been loving the riffs of this band lately, thought I’d give this crusty sludge a go!

Postmortem Human Offal - Autophagia

A one man goregrind classic by Greek goregrind wizardry Autophagia! To be honest, the drums on this album are abit messy but it’s still goregrind after all; it’s fun!

Requested by @pudridmigs of @traqueomalacia_goregrind !

Technology’s Gay - Anal Cunt

A very (jokingly) gay guitar cover about hating technology by legendary unserious noisegrind band Anal Cunt! First heard this song on the earache earplugged vol 2 compilation. Will want to do actual songs by the band in future!

Dead Wrong/Fallen into Disuse - Wormrot

Happy 10 years to Voices!!

This album is one album that changed the way I listened to music and was definitely one album that changed my life to be quite honest. It’s the best blend of grindcore, melodic crust, doom and emoviolence which is what stands out the most out of all the Wormrot releases. The switch from the punky Dirge album and Voices shows a huge contrast in change for the band which is why a lot of people like myself love it so much!!

Heterosexual Testosterone Compressor - C.B.T

CBT have been a recent discovery of a form of groovy goregrind and I have never thought I would enjoy this form of extreme music that being prnogrind! Octopussy VI and Sadochismo have been my favourites recently! Also been loving bands like Brutal Pig and Pigtails which my amazing singer @harbingerofwo3 put me on 😛!

Feeding on the Opiate - Lock Up

Playing one of my favourite Lock Up songs from my favourite album with a very special guest! It’s Eric Schnee from amazing New Jersey grindcore band Organ Dealer!! It was a funny coincidence when I had a video already recorded and I found Eric’s so I thought, why not collab? Eric has played with amazing bands like Haiyaino Daisuki as well as playing with Retortion Terror and Meth Leppard live!!

RIP Tomas Lindberg and Jesse Pintado

Porn Store Stiffi - Blood Duster

A classic by Australian ‘grinding death rock’ pioneers Blood Duster. I knew about this band while searching for new bands to look for, as well as for the Grind Down Under series I made for The Noise Archives. This band is groovy, sludgey, bluesy and grindy in the best way possible - so good!!!

Yes to Everything - Horsebastard

Horsebastard guitar cover off the Horsebastard Retortion Terror split with Horsebastard. Very Horsebastard. Very fast. Horsebastard.

Trollfan - …and Oceans

Playing my favourite symphonic black metal band from Finland and probably if not one off of one of my favourite extreme metal albums of all time!! This band has so much lore and projects connected to it and I highly recommend you should check them out.
