Have you had luck selling rings you've found? This is an @artcarvedbridal men's, size 9, 7 grams, 14k white gold ring. I've found it online for between $700 and $925, new. What can I expect to ask for it? I invested $50 for rhodium plating and it looks gorgeous! I'm trying to earn that #equinox800 money!

Apologies to @mfc_humor for comparing his collection of replica coins to collecting washers from Home Depot! First off, I keep every washer I find on the ground, second... I finally looked through my pirate treasure box to see how many fake coin and coin-like items are in there. Sooo many! All collections are valid, but the ridiculed collector deserves understanding. 🥰

What are your thoughts on collecting copies of coinage?

I'm not posting aesthetically pleasing photos of #detectingfinds until I find gold or until the country heals.

Finally, I started running tumblers with all the clad I've gathered. Spent $1.30ish of my worst coins at the Dollar Tree. One penny literally crumbled in the clerk's fingers. 🤣 she didn't care, wasn't going in her pocket.

I just tumble with all-purpose gravel from Home Depot and water. It's similar grain size to aquarium gravel, which I saw folks using on YouTube. What do you use?
