First night on a new water and directly the first fish was this Two Town from the A-Team. Couldn’t have started any better. 🎯

The night was running really good and in total I could catch 7 carp.

The key was a nice prepared feeding spot with Scopex Liver boilies, with all three rods placed around the spot.

A perfect start at a new water. 🤞

Six nights in France with @david_jaensch_ and @finncarp_ , chasing carp in some seriously tough conditions. 🇫🇷🎣

After arriving, we spent some time looking around, working out the spots and trying to figure the lake out. The only problem? Temperatures pushing close to 40°C almost every day. 🥵☀️

After three nights without the results we were hoping for, we had a chat with our bailiff @thomas_maiillard and decided it was time for a change.

We moved to another lake and completely switched things up — from open water and weed fishing to a proper hook & hold approach. 🌿💥

Our baiting also changed. Small, precise traps instead of bigger beds of bait, with Fake Dumbell Wafters doing the damage on the hook. 🎯

And what a decision it turned out to be! 🔥

Over the following three nights, we managed to bank seven absolutely stunning carp — every single one a proper beauty. 🐋

Sometimes you just have to trust the change of plan.

What a session. 🇫🇷🤝

A cold but very successful spring night is behind me.

For about a week, I carefully prepared a spot with tiger nuts and boilies, waiting for the perfect moment. With the full moon lighting up the water, I finally decided to spend the night on the bank.🌑

The effort paid off. During the night, I landed six carp, including this stunning big common carp – a true full moon warrior and definitely the highlight of the session.🎯

Moments like these remind me why patience, preparation, and trust in your plan are so important.
