To say my life is blessed is an understatement.

During these last two weeks I’ve had the opportunity to travel to two incredible events with my students who are now officially in @5crewdynasty and represent for our Crew and NYC! Ask me if I saw this happening 2 years ago( I didn’t) . Not only did I get to experience the life journey and life changing that comes with Traveling and testing oneself in competition at the highest level, but I got to do it as a mentor and official crew member to @bboycuauhtemoc and @bgirlmagik_ny ! I also got to experience a classic 5Crew trip with my right hand brother @rampage5cd .

@fssworldwide was an incredible event and we cannot wait to come back next year and wreck shop! Thanks for a classic event executed at the highest level! Shoutouts to @probreakingtour and @snipes_usa for making this event possible!

Huge shoutouts to @buddhaflixco for taking on the role as Cameraman 🎥 for this trip and documenting golden moments as well as our battles! Cannot wait to see what you do with it!

Thanks @kienquancreates and @jermgonzalo for capturing some dope moments @fssworldwide

LA you were definitely a vibe! Back home to the East ready to level up and continue building ! ✌🏽🏙️✋🏼

Had an amazing time at @bigwax show singing classic wax songs that have impacted us in so many ways! The actual reason we decided to pursue music as a career as well as stick to our craft and try to continuously get better is because of @bigwax and @herbaltisgreat !

I mean identical twins who rap and make music! For us it was eye opening and inspiring !

It was super dope show that further poured gasoline on the flame that is our passion and goal in life! Damn it feels good to watch an artist you love perform! Especially when they deliver !!

Also almost shit my pants doing that backflip ! (Trix) but F#ck it, no risk no reward, and landing that flip in that moment on that stage was all the reward we needed !

Respect to @grieves for laying down an amazing set! Looking forward to exploring your catalog!

Shoutout to @djhoppa for killing that set in true Hip-Hop fashion! 🔥🔥🔥 by @thah00ligan

To reach a state of flow is the act of instinctually behaving, usually a result of continuous repetition of a learned skill or habit. To genuinely mean what you say and say what you mean, with every show we become closer to this state.. we believe its a main reason we have been able to truly connect with our audiences at live shows, and hope that we continue to make the same connecting through all platforms and forms of media. Thank you @skyloftnyc , @legiteasy @life_liggy_long and @studio121bk for allowing us to grace your stage with who we genuinely are, but mostly helping us get one step closer to ultimate Flow State 🙏🏼💯👍🏼

Lisbon you were beautifully imperfect❤️

Your cobblestone lanes, uphill walks and vibrant energy tell a story of a city and people who truly enjoy living…. A city of different possibilities with every turn, every staircase and every tile paving the walls that make us… Thank you for showing me how to live the Lisboa way 🇵🇹

Shoutout to all the dope and beautiful people we met along the way! Next stop Porto! Where the adventure continues and new stories are written !
