Happy 1 month to @headspadurham 💙🌱🥹

This was a divinely orchestrated labor of love. Thank you Jesus for the work you have given my heart and hands to do. I don’t take this for granted.

Ladies, I can’t wait to serve you!

…but I did a quick weave in my client‼️‼️This is RARE and isn’t even listed as a service on my website…but she wanted a bob and I didn’t have time to color her hair extensions so we grabbed some pack hair from #empirehair and completed the look.

I’m in love with it! 🥰 Would yall wear this??

Mi Gente 🇵🇷👀 I make a meaaannnn pollo Guisado…if that counts. 💙💙 by @thahairtherapist

STRAIGHTEN THAT CURLY HAIR! The texture blends soooo well with natural hair and gives that fresh silk press finish! 😮‍💨

We used (2) bundles of our Burmese Curly Hair. Available online and in the salon.

Listen… I went to @headspadurham for a head spa and I was NOT prepared.

When I tell you I was literally in shock at how good this was?! The scalp analysis, scalp cleanse, steam, massages, aromatherapy… baby, I was GONE. I forgot I had responsibilities.

And then they followed it up with a bone straight blowout???

Yeah… you can’t tell me NOTHING.

This wasn’t just a hair appointment. This was a whole reset, and I’m officially adding a monthly head spa to the self-care budget because apparently this is who I am now.

Good hair. Good places. Good life.

See you next month, @headspadurham . I’ve already decided.

We KNOW curly/ coily hair and we’re not intimidated by it. 💙🌱💪🏾

The added plus? You can add a silk press or other natural style to any head spa treatment.

It’s a Win- Win. 🌱💙

Our 20 year high school reunion was one for the books! It was one of those things where although we hadn’t seen each other in decades, we picked up just like we left. Almost as though 20 years had not gone by…

I know girls like to say we have nothing to wear, but QUITE LITERALLY…I had nothing and I had about an hour to pull things together. I had a pair of @jessicasimpsonstyle heels and some silver hoops in my purse. I had an hour to pull a look together and get the hygiene items I needed. @walmart has been quite impressive with the wardrobe finds lately so I went there for a one stop shop.

I grabbed a men’s small denim top by Wrangler and some Sofía Vergara high waisted flare jeans…

And BOOM.

we were out of there. 🙌🏾💪🏾💙🌱 by @thahairtherapist

A little luxury, a little self-care, and a WHOLE lot of RENEWED. ✨👑

My visit to @headspadurham was exactly the reset I didn’t know I needed. The owner @thahairtherapist aka Janae was so warm, kind, and welcoming, and the “Renew” head spa treatment had me completely relaxed! 🤍

And baby… the blowout, fresh trim + curls for the girls?! 😍 I walked out smiling, refreshed, and feeling like a NEW woman!

Durham, if your crown needs some TLC… this is your sign. 👑✨

The sweetest day for the sweetest bride. The original inspiration for her wedding day look was nowhere close to this, but when I felt the amount of humidity in the air (77%) … I knew we had to pivot QUICK for her outdoor ceremony and reception. She trusted me and let me be creative. We completed this entire look with one set of our blowout texture extensions. 💙🌱
