Belated is better than never. Thank you to all of those who made our honeymoon possible and, in general, thank you to all our friends and family for being rocktars.This was a magical experience mixed with adventure and lots of laughter. Can you guess where we are? Land of so many surprises, including mind-blowing fruit!. What a great start to April!! Just left Athens behind which was magical and close to tropical at 28 degrees. It was a short trip but full, often reconnecting or bumping into people that I hadn't seen in years but filled my heart! Starting with Despoina, the owner of @vaitsa_winebar, which I would urge you all to visit as its named after her family's donkey in Ikaria, a blue zone island whuch shows what a special project this is.. So blessed to have met up with such amazing people * many not pictured* and my lovely parents. Thank you all for being rockstars( some literally) at @mr.j.bone and @vikisteiri . Gist of the story: Athens is a fabulous City full of history, culture, great food and music. Happy Sunday and do visit! taken in Athens, Greece by @thalouska

I believe in energies and serendipity. I was on cloud 9 yesterday when I bumped into one of my favourite Olympic co-performers after 10 years!! Scroll to the end to see how we've changed.Talented videographer, creative English teacher, and dance media visionary @suegreenlondon . When she shared these photos yesterday, all the memories, gruelling, and hilarious street dance auditions with @leilism also flooded back. 2022 was a very special year for @gusocampo_ and I. We brought in the new year by packing 12 grapes into our mouths under highly pressurised circumstances.. the ticking of the clock.Happy 2023 to all of you incredibly special people out there that we are blessed to call friends and family. It's been 10 years today since the 2012 London Olympic opening ceremony. Obviously since the games and concept come from Greece, there was no bigger honour than to represent this tradtion, both my cultures and meet fab people. What I thought was going to be an acting audition ended up being a DANCING gig.Though I can boogy I am not a professional..After 4 gruelling auditions, I was blessed to get a spot and dance in front of the whole world from Stratford. .
