Happy Mother's day to all the women that's helping us to raise God's kid. Every teacher, auntie, grandma big sister, and godmommies. You all had a hand in raising my little baby. Motherhood can be isolating but I am so glad ive had the greatest little village to pull me up and out when necessary. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 by @thamarinnocent

Life lately, has felt like an overwhelming series of chaos. Everyday feels like we're walking through mayhem. But life still continues. We're still expected to show up and show up well.

What if you are holding on by a thread and it feels like it's about to snap? You'd love to just stop, if only for a moment. Just to catch your breath from putting out that last fire.

As much as I love to crawl under my blanket with a night light and a good book, (much needed sometimes) there's more options out there.

How about a curated virtual gathering just for you to breathe and be? An hour fully dedicated to move, rest and be in community with other women who want to radically pursue peace. ❤️

Join me next Tuesday evening for a moment of rest just for us.

August has been such an emotional roller coaster! From waiting over 15 years to finally being diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis and having surgery to remove the endo tissue all in less than a month!!! To not getting the scholarship I was counting on to start gradschool yet just out here sitting in class getting grades and bursar isn't settled yet. 😂🥹😭😩

Being in recovery has left me with much time for reflection and this journey feeling to be really long and really hard but let me tell you....the testimony is about to be soooo good.

Prepare to be sick of me. But for now, I'll be on my couch healing slowly

We are soo very excited to be bringing this very much needed conversation to the church. For Postpartum Awareness Week for BIPOC, we're discussing how the church needs to step up and care for women during this sacred time.

I am truly truly passionate about the intersection of faith, health, and justice and I can't wait to see you delve deeper into this next week.

Do me a favor and share far and wide and don't forget to register

Truly, in my uncommon era❤️❤️

This past weekend, we had our first Pilates + Jesus experience, and it was really special.

Hope I see you at the next one 😘 by @thamarinnocent

This is the perfect season for a little bit of both.

Let's share, connect, and move with intention and purpose. If you love pilates as much as I do or have been telling yourself you need to work out more this year, here's your chance.

I also love getting us together in a room to grow together. We were never meant to do life in isolation but in community.

Spots are limited

Join me this Saturday for Go(o)d vibes, movement and light bites. Go to the link in bio and get your ticket now.

DM me if you have any questions. by @thamarinnocent
