We celebrate Freedom Day today in South Africa but can we really call ourselves free?

Have we dismantled the foundations of all that oppresses us and diminishes our humanity?

I believe all things emanate from spirit FIRST, and though we experience life differently at an individual level, ubuNTU bethu reminds us that none of us are free if ALL of us are not free.

I dedicate this to those who are willing to do the real work, to do your part in shifting the SPIRIT of this nation (and world) which is so so very sick.

It all starts within YOU.

Be brave enough to FEEL. In a society that seems to reward our distraction and apathy.

Last month with the yungins of Soweto Youth Orchestra really filled my cup.
It was a pleasure to be part of this ongoing initiative, inspiring to witness the dedication of these young players and to witness the love and dedication of the Soweto Theatre facilitators in putting together this youth orchestra.
