We grew up together, we've laughed together, we've cried together we have been through the highest of highs and lowest of lows and we are always by each other's side.

We would literally walk out for Sunday school together at times we'd skip Sunday school cause we'd want to hear the church choir sing. When you left we lost touch but you made it your soul's mission to find me and you never stopped until you did. Through it all you remain a true companion it's no secret you and I have gone through storms tese ,some extremely hard stuff too but we stood by each other through and through. As you begin a whole new chapter of your life I want to let you know how much you mean to me , the big heart of love you possess, the smile that lights up a room .

Celebrating a day that holds so much for me . World Heart Day isn't just about the heart it's about acknowledging the parts of us that remain the core of our functionality. Today we celebrate Cardiologists,Cardio Thoracic surgeons , we Celebrate Pediatric cardiologist who take their time investing it into research for millions of patients around the world to lead a normal day to day life. We celebrate their commitment to Saving lives ,to researching ways other heart ailments can be treated.

As we celebrate WORLD HEART DAY today let us remember that it remains the engine to that keeps us moving let's care for it and let's protect it.
