🌿 Something new is coming…
.
.
Over the years as a nutritionist, one thing I’ve learned is this:

➡️Better health doesn’t always begin with doing MORE.
➡️Sometimes, it begins with learning to LISTEN. ❤️
➡️Your body communicates with you every day — through your energy, digestion, sleep, appetite, mood and many other little signals.
.
.
That inspired me to bring my approach to health into 4 simple steps:

✨ The THANES 4R METHOD

“Recognise • Replenish • Restore • Rise”

I’m not explaining all four today. 😉
We’re going to discover them together, one R at a time.
.
.
But before we begin…
.
.
What has your body been trying to tell you lately? 👀

🤔 Tiredness?
🤔Poor sleep?
🤔Bloating?
🤔Low energy?
🤔Stress?
.
.
.
Our journey begins with the first R:

RECOGNISE. 🌿
🎥 Reel 1 coming next 🤩
