First grade looks pretty cute on her 🎒💜✨

🇧🇷 Easy Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff with my CUCHEN! 🍚✨ @cuchenusainc

One of my favorite Brazilian comfort meals is creamy chicken stroganoff served over fluffy white rice, and my CUCHEN made it so easy to prepare!

One tip that makes a big difference: I like to sauté the onions and mushrooms in a little oil before adding them to the pressure cooker. This simple step enhances their flavor and gives the sauce even more depth. 🍄🤎

Then I add the chicken, season it with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato sauce, a little water, mustard, and ketchup. After pressure cooking for about 25 to 30 minutes, I stir in sour cream while it’s still hot to create a rich and creamy sauce.

Serve it over rice and finish with crispy potato sticks, or enjoy it with French fries!

What I loved most about using my CUCHEN is how versatile it is. I was able to cook perfectly fluffy rice and then use the pressure cooker to make a delicious, creamy stroganoff with minimal effort. It made preparing dinner so much easier, and cleanup was simple too!
