22: Grounded Becoming

I enter twenty-two
with dirt under my nails
and vision in my chest.

This age is a quiet builder
teaching me how to balance sky dreams with grounded steps.

Twenty-two says: be patient.
Not everything needs to bloom at once.
Strong things take time
and grow from the root.

I honor the tiny wins,
the days I chose myself,
the strength it took to keep going
even when no one was watching.

I am learning to trust the process,
to move slow but intentional,
to build a life that feels like home
not just looks like success.

22: Rooted And Alligned

I step into twenty-two
like bare feet on warm earth,
no rush, no noise
just becoming.

Twenty-two teaches balance,
dreams in the sky,
feet in the soil.
Building quietly,
layer by layer,
something that lasts.

I’m learning that growth can be gentle,
that strength doesn’t always shout,
that even slow roots crack concrete.

At twenty-two, I trust the timing,
honor the small wins,
and let myself be human
unfinished, grounded, real.

This age is not about arrival,
it’s about alignment.
And I am exactly where I need to be.

Dear God,

As I celebrate my 21st birthday, I come before You with a heart that has known deep sorrow but also great strength. Thank You for carrying me through the pain of losing my mom and for giving me the courage to keep moving forward.

Lord, I ask for continued strength, peace, and happiness in this new chapter of my life. Help me to honor my mother’s love and legacy by living with joy, purpose, and resilience. Let her presence be felt in my heart always, guiding me with the love she left behind.

Bless me with wisdom, love, and unwavering faith as I step into this new year. Surround me with people who uplift and support me, and help me to find happiness in the little moments. May I continue to be brave, strong, and full of light.

DAY 3: on the 18th of October, Friday. My Angel was laid to rest and given a lovely police burial parade. All Glory to God for his mercies and for his eternal love which endureths forever.
