My formal, final, post of marching band. As I will not be continuing band my senior year. 542 Hours of rehearsal 18 football games 8 parades 7 performances(not at games) 3 section leaders 1 Grand Nationals performance 1 Band director And countless memories and friends. Thank you to everyone that made my hours and years in marching band some of the best times of high school both current and past members, I’ve seen this program grow from the very first day when our incredible director decided somehow he was gonna make 23 Alaskan kids as good as Texas bands to performing after them. I could talk for hours about the impact this has had on my life but honestly itll just make me rethink my choice even more. And to my bandmates that actually go to my school and dont live in the states : Yall are the ones that get to tell Stephy i’m not doing band I kinda hadnt told him yet so I’m sorry in advance yall have fun with that, and when band camp comes and its hour 5 with no water just remember, every 8–5 is a step For the Future. Go Kards. Go Band. by @thatakcrf250
