I don’t coach women who need to be convinced to work hard.

But I also don’t coach women who are willing to keep working hard at the WRONG things.

I coach the mom who’s been putting in the work for YEARS but is finally ready to question why her knees still hurt, her feet ache halfway through a run, and her strength in the gym isn’t translating to her life.

Because working harder isn’t the answer for YOU.

Sometimes it means putting your ego aside, going back to basics, addressing your weaknesses, and being willing to train differently than you have for the last 10 years.

That’s exactly what we do inside the Performance Longevity Project.

We rebuild from the feet up, identify the gaps in your movement, and train toward measurable strength standards so all that hard work actually translates to MORE LIFE.

Because pain-free isn’t the finish line. Capability is.

You didn’t work this hard to build a life you love just to have your body hold you back from enjoying it.

Ready to make your hard work COUNT?

It’s frustrating as fuck to train consistently and STILL feel held back by your body.

I know because I’ve lived it. Foot injuries, an achy neck and low back, and hypermobility that I’m still learning more about.

My experience is a huge part of why I’m such an advocate for strength.

As I’ve learned to better control my movement and build strength throughout my body, my pain has decreased and I feel far more capable at nearly 35 than I did at 25.

That’s taken patience, curiosity, and a willingness to pay attention to HOW I’m moving, even after years of lifting.

It’s also shaped how I coach: helping you understand your body, build strength from the ground up, and see that work carry over into your life.

If you’re an athletic mom who trains hard and has zero intention of slowing down, follow along. We’ve got a lot of life to build strength for. 👣 by @thatbarefootcoach

You don’t have to choose between making the holidays special for everyone else and taking care of yourself.

But you do need a clear definition of what success looks like this season.

Specific strength goals. Realistic non-negotiables. Training that makes the time you have count.

So you can enjoy the family party without mentally calculating all the workouts you “should’ve” done.

Inside the Performance Longevity Project, we help active moms train toward measurable standards and build commitments they can follow through on as life changes.

If you want running to be something you do for a long time, building a body that can handle the demands of it needs to be a priority.

As a mom who loves to run, your training needs to support the finish lines, weekend trail runs, and “Mom, race me!” moments you still want ahead of you.

This is exactly what we work toward in the Performance Longevity Project. We use the Performance Longevity Standards to identify where you need to get stronger and give your hard work a clear direction.

You’re already working hard.

The missing piece that bridges your effort to your results is knowing exactly what you’re working toward.

When your training is built around clear standards, you don’t have to cram everything into every workout or use exhaustion as proof that you’re making progress. You can focus your effort, improve your performance, build strength, and spend less time guessing in the gym.

That’s what we do inside The Performance Longevity Project: a 3-month strength and movement coaching experience for active moms who want a clear plan and specific standards to train toward.

As a 34 year old mom.. I’m stronger, more mobile, more capable and LOOK better than I was at 24.

And it’s NOT because I’m spending more time in the gym, doing more mobility routines, or buying the latest recovery gadgets.

It’s because I’ve spent the last decade learning how to get MORE out of the training I’m already doing.

And this is where I see so many hardworking women getting it wrong.

You think you need to keep adding MORE to your routine to stay strong, mobile, and pain-free as you get older.

But doing MORE for your body doesn’t automatically mean your body can DO more.

You don’t need six different routines to train your feet, your core, your balance, your mobility, and your strength.

You need to learn how to train your body as a WHOLE so the work you’re already putting in actually builds the capacity to do more with your life.

That’s exactly what we do inside the Performance Longevity Project.

We rebuild from the feet up, develop measurable strength, and make every rep count toward a body that’s capable of keeping up with your ambitions for DECADES.

Ready to stop doing more and start getting more out of your training? Comment PLP or apply for coaching through the link in my bio. by @thatbarefootcoach

You’ve spent years building a strong body. Don’t let your feet become the reason you stop pushing yourself.

Another 20-minute foot routine isn’t going to make up for the other 23 hours and 40 minutes you’re not using them effectively.

You need to build strength from the ground up and learn how to integrate it into the training you’re ALREADY doing.

Because your goal isn’t to get really good at toe exercises.

It’s to crush PRs, run races, keep up with your kids, and continue doing badass shit for decades to come.

That’s what we do inside the Performance Longevity Project.

Ready to stop treating your feet like they’re fragile and start building real capacity?

So grateful to work with equally passionate people and companies to get more folks reclaiming their natural strong feet! 👣💪🏼 by @thatbarefootcoach

You switched to barefoot shoes. You did the foot exercises. You even got rid of the foot pain that had been bothering you for YEARS.

But the second you push yourself on the pickleball court, pick up the pace on a trail run, or spend an entire day hiking with your family, your knees start aching, your hips tighten up, and you’re reminded that your body STILL isn’t keeping up with what you want to do.

Here’s what you’re missing.

Improving your foot function doesn’t automatically mean you’ve built the strength and capacity to handle the activities you love.

Your feet are your foundation, but they’re only ONE piece of the system.

If you’re not teaching your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and core to work together under load, you’re missing a HUGE opportunity to build a more capable body.

And another 20 minutes of isolated foot exercises isn’t necessarily going to change that.

You need to take the strength you’re building in your feet and put it to WORK in your squats, lunges, hinges, carries, and the activities you actually care about.

Because the goal was never just stronger feet or getting rid of an ache.

It’s playing another game of pickleball, tackling the harder hiking trail, running farther, and having the confidence to say YES to more of life.

Less limitation. More capacity. More life.

This is exactly what we work toward inside the Performance Longevity Project.

Through ground-up strength training, measurable standards, and expert coaching, we identify and close the gaps in your physical capabilities so you can keep doing the things you love for decades to come.

You can dominate on the tennis court, lift weights 4x a week, and still have some pretty significant gaps in your physical capacity.

And those gaps matter.

Because being athletic doesn’t automatically mean you’ve built the strength, stability, and control to keep doing what you love for the next 20+ years.

You don’t need another workout that leaves you exhausted.

You need to know what your body can ACTUALLY do.

Can you balance on one leg with your eyes closed for 60 seconds? Can your feet and hips handle the demands you’re placing on them?

These are the things I want ambitious moms paying attention to BEFORE limitations start dictating what they can and can’t do.

Pain-free is not the finish line. Capability is.

This is exactly why I created the Performance Longevity Project.

We identify the gaps in your physical capacity and build the strength, stability, and control to close them, so you can keep training hard, competing, and saying YES to the things you love for decades to come.

You don’t need to work harder. You need to make sure all that hard work is actually building the body you want to have 10, 20, and 30 years from now.

Because what’s the point of being the hardest-working woman in the room if your body keeps forcing you to sit out of the things you love?

You’ve invested YEARS into your health. You’re active, prioritize recovery, do the mobility work, and stay on top of the latest research.

But somewhere along the way, you started spending more time managing what hurts than building what your body is capable of.

And those are two VERY different things.

Pain-free is not the finish line. Capability is.

This is why I created the Performance Longevity Project.

A 3+ month strength and movement coaching experience for high-performing moms who are DONE putting in the work without seeing it translate into real-life strength.

We rebuild from the feet up, identify the gaps in your movement, and train toward measurable standards that actually mean something OUTSIDE the gym.

Because the goal isn’t just to get through your next run without pain.

It’s to still be running trails, skiing mountains, lifting heavy, and saying YES to adventures decades from now.

You already have the work ethic. Let’s give all that effort a direction.

You don’t need MORE, you need less with more intention.

This is exactly what I help my clients do: we identify the gaps in movement and performance from the ground up and implement a plan that hits the root of the problem.

This will not only save you a shit ton of time, energy and money - you’ll also get back to hitting the trails and crushing the pickleball court a hell of a lot faster.
