26.1 Friday Night Lights down at @179crossfit

Had a blast whilst killing my legs and judging good people doing hard work on the competion floor.

@coachben.cf surveying the floor for no reps in his new Reebok Nanos.

After a month of Hero Wods and making good progress I've been rewarded with every workout this month feeling like this.

Muscle fatigue isn't an issue but my cardio is holding me back and every workout is a slog.

A plateau that won't last forever and I'll keep pushing through.

Crossfit isn't a quick fix.

A replay of 22.3 which is the one that tore the meniscus in my knee which meant I could barely walk for about 2 years.
Glad to have done it at scaled this time and got further than last time.
