A song and a piece that has been haunting us for all the right reasons. 🤍🧿

Man Kunto Maula was on my mind ever since I saw @enettedsouzadance create magic for it at her showcase and then I decided I need my own version and of course, it had to be with the ensemble.

A piece that’s going to be with us for a long long time.

Sharing snippets what felt both like absolute ecstasy and a suicide mission of a composition. 🙂‍↔️
Performed something purely technical after very long time and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Teachers are storytellers who nurture confidence and knowledge. Kathak teachers on the other hand do all this and more. They keep the tradition alive, instill commitment, and inspire creativity.

In this episode of Bridging The Gap, Aditya shares how his career as a performer and a teacher is undervalued due to the surficial level at which it is seen. He is more than just a choreographer to his students and the practice of traditional dance.

Thank you for loving me like your own son and for always believing in me. You have practically seen me grow up and stood by me through every step of my journey, especially my dance, and never once hesitated to support my dreams. So much of who I am today is because of your love and encouragement.

Every time I step onto a stage, a part of you will always be with me. I will celebrate you always.
Thank you for everything Kawal Aunty. You will always be loved, always be missed, and forever have a place in our hearts.

Until we meet again.
