Proud. Thankful. In awe. Happy.

Just over a year ago, I set out to bring The Aviary Haus to life. This past Saturday, we hosted our third gathering and our most successful one yet.

The people, the food, the wine, the art, the conversations, the energy. It was all there, and it was palpable.

My heart is so full knowing this idea has grown into something that brings people together in such a meaningful way. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported it, believed in it, and helped bring it to life.

Plot twist: it’s not just about the wine. 🍷🫒

One of the little details we’re especially excited about for The Aviary’s Sunset Soirée: our food pairing will feature La Caccia extra virgin olive oil, straight from the Tuscan estate.

Produced in small quantities, the olive oil is another expression of the land and agricultural heritage that @fraichewine looks forward to producing each year.

So while we’ve talked a lot about what will be in your glass, there’s a little piece of the winery making its way onto the plate, too.

A very special taste of Tuscany is officially on the menu. 🇮🇹

Chloe has been a photographer since she was 11.

After going full-time 3 years ago, she has photographed for FIFA World Cup, Coca Cola, PBS, Delta Airlines, and of course, our the Aviary and @jackie_withan_e ! She's passionate about capturing events and captivating portraits of leaders in Atlanta. In her spare time, she's learning muay thai, plays guitar, and collects salt and pepper shakers with her fiance. ❤️

Today’s assignment: taste the wines for Sunset Soirée. Tough job, but someone had to do it. 🍷

During our visit to Fraîche in Napa, we tasted through the final lineup to ensure each wine would be perfectly complemented by its paired bite and, most importantly, be something we know our guests will love.

The verdict? These wines are officially approved.

Five wines. Five thoughtfully paired bites. One summer evening designed around great taste, beautiful surroundings and genuine connection.

One month away from Sunset Soirée, and every detail is coming together. ✨

I created The Aviary Haus to bring the feeling of Napa home through thoughtful wine, beautiful food, inspiring art and genuine connection.

On August 29, we'll gather at historic Donaldson-Bannister Farm for sunset views, five wines from @fraichewine, five paired bites by Chef Pedro Porras of @saberico.us , and original art by @katiephillipsart .

A curated experience unlike anything else in Atlanta, designed to help us slow down, discover something new and make summer last just a little longer.
