An audio upgrade worthy of a Raptor.

@audiofrogofficial ultimate three way front stage
GB10CF Tweeters in a-pillars
GB25 mid-range x3 in dash
GB60 mid-bass in the front doors
GS62 rear-fill in the rear doors

@garmin_audio Subs and Sub Amp
JL 10TW3-D8 subs x2
JL RD1000/1 sub amp

@zen_audio Zen Power9
MOST 25 Network Amplifier/ DSP

@soundsgoodstereoshop for all my installation hardware
SGS Full Length Amp Rack
SGS Speaker Brackets and Adapters
SGS Speaker and Sub Block-off Plates
SSG Level 3 Sound Treatment Package

@knukonceptz wiring and interconnects
25’ 1/0 Fused Power and Ground
15’ 4awg Power and Ground
RCA interconnects and RCA splitter
12/4 Speaker Wire
Misc heat shrink, lugs, and connectors.

This was a pretty significant do-it-yourself system. Probably close to 40 hours of install time and probably three times that in research, design and planning work. A monster upgrade to a fairly decent factory B&O Unleashed system. The @audiofrogofficial front stage is unreal. The clarity and precision makes you want to just keep pushing the volume higher. The @garmin_audio JL amp and subs are obviously a massive improvement in low end fill and punch. Setup, programming and tuning on the @zen_audio Power9 is a dream. The DSP functionality allows you to go as deep as you want to go or allows you to have a very quick and quality sounding system. Love the team @soundsgoodstereoshop they make installation a dream and I have always loved @knukonceptz wire and cable. Best stuff out there.

Overall an incredibly fun and challenging system to build and the sound quality is unlike anything I have ever had in a truck.

Initial tuning and EQ adjustment was done using REW and a MiniDSP UMIK-1. by @thatmatteraptor

Raptor audio project is getting close to being fully installed. Amp rack and sub box are finally all built. Still need to get the AudioFrog GB60’s in the front door. But it’s almost tuning time. by @thatmatteraptor

Once you go matte you never go back.

This is purely a huge shout out post for Winfield @goosetuned. I connected with Winston through IG and pummeled him with questions right when I first bought my truck. What charge tubes, what intercooler, what’s your TCM do, does exhaust matter, will this compromise reliability. Question after question without spending a dime. Every time a response came back. No frustration. No short answers and I can’t recommend him enough. His custom tuning process was incredibly easy and unbelievably fast. After a final engine map and his TCM this Raptor came to life. Daily driving is far more enjoyable, smoother, and more responsive. But when you decide it’s time to mash the pedal, this became a whole new truck and I am absolutely in love with the final product. Thank you, Winfield. You are truly one of a kind.

It started stock.

It definitely didn’t stay that way. 😈

@cobbtuning Redline charge tubes, intake system, bigger intercooler. More airflow. More performance.

And the last mod changed the game. Custom MAP and TCN from @goosetuned brought this beast to life.

But we’re not done.

What should I mod NEXT? 👇
