Things I’ll always say yes to:
- coffee, doesn’t matter if it’s 7am or 9pm
- stopping for snacks even though we just ate
- fresh flowers for no reason
- petting the nearest dog, cat or literally ANY animal except for spiders by @thatmom86

Weird little things that annoy me WAY more than they should: people who leave 2 seconds on the microwave instead of clearing it, shopping carts abandoned in the parking lot, drivers who don’t use their turn signal, someone talking to me while I’m trying to read, wet bathroom floors, and people who say “we should hang out sometime” with absolutely no intention of making plans. by @thatmom86

Somewhere along the way we started acting like every woman needs to look airbrushed to be beautiful. I’ll take everything sitting exactly where gravity decided to put it. I’m 40, not 20, and I don’t want to spend the next decade fighting that. There’s something very freeing about looking in the mirror and saying, “Yep, this is the body I’ve got, and I actually like her.” Maybe we need a little less perfection and a lot more appreciation for real, natural women. by @thatmom86
