Unfortunately for me I can’t quit my job, because I’ve experienced this hotel and it’s now my standard.

You roughly get 40 golden summers of peak adulthood - let that sink in.

Forty chances to chase sunsets, book the trip, swim in warm seas, linger over long dinners, and make memories that you just can’t capture in a photo.

Here’s your reminder to take the trip. 🇮🇹☀️🍋

⬇️ Comment below where you would want to go next in Italy and I’d be glad to share some tips!

Slow mornings in Mexico City can look like this 🫶🏻

Spent the morning at Librería Porrúa, a bookstore and café tucked inside Bosque de Chapultepec, the largest park in Mexico City.

Between the shelves of books, the peaceful lake views, and coffee in hand, it’s the kind of place that makes you forget about a packed itinerary.

If you’re visiting, it’s easy to pair with a stroll through the park or stops at nearby museums. Come early for a quieter experience, grab a seat overlooking the water, and soak in one of the best slow-morning spots in CDMX. ✨

In my opinion, this is one of the coolest places near Tuscany / Rome that actually lives up to the hype.

And it’s completely FREE 🤯

The Terme di Saturnia are naturally occurring sulphuric hot springs located in Saturnia, roughly 3 hours from Florence and 2 hours from Rome.

Here are some practical tips for visiting👇🏼

💵 Parking is a small fee (2.5 EUR per car per hour) but entrance is completely free!
⏰ If you arrive at or before sunrise, you will have this spot all to yourself for a couple minutes! The gate appears to always be open.
🚗 There is a large parking lot about a 3 minute walk from the entrance.
🏠 Stay the night nearby, so that you can wake up and be moments away from the hot springs. We stayed in the Tuscany countryside town of Poggio Murella and it was so peaceful.
🩴 Bring some water shoes because the bottom is made up of small round pebbles that can get pretty uncomfortable.
🚿 There are facilities onsite like toilets (free), shower (paid), changing rooms, lockers, and a cafe. You can seriously make a whole day out of this - until your skin starts to get wrinkly!

Lastly - have fun! The water is ACTUALLY warm here compared to some other hot springs I have been to. And the misty mornings are super calming.

📩 Send this to someone you want to visit with this summer ✈️

This is your sign to visit Rome in April 🌺

The city is full of vibrant blooms, and while STILL crowded 🤣 the mornings are cool and the full on summer crowds haven’t yet taken over.

On a mission to visit all of Italy, one plate of pasta at a time 🍝

I’ve been to Italy 7 times now (and still have countless trips back planned in my head) so I’ve got you covered first hand on how to plan the perfect trip, whether it’s your first time or you’re a repeat offender like us.

If you don’t know where to start in Italy, I suggest figuring out what type of trip you want to have first. Then pick the cities to match:

FOODIE
🇮🇹 Parma - Reggio Emilia - Bologna
>> Need one week, can easily extend to add the Dolomites, Venice, or the Lake District (Como, Garda or Maggiore)

NATURE
🇮🇹 Sardinia
The main draw are the beaches and water, come here for the nature / a rustic Italy that doesn’t actually feel like Italy most of the time.
>> Need 2 weeks to cover the island, 1 week if you are just covering the North (where all the best beaches are)

🇮🇹 Dolomites
The ultimate nature lover paradise in Italy. Mountains, hut to hut hiking, stunning lakes.
>> Having been twice now, if you want to cover the whole area you need two weeks. Otherwise split into east and west and plan at least 4/5 days.

OFF THE BEATEN PATH
🇮🇹 Puglia
Where the Italians go to vacation
>> Spend a week exploring all the different towns and beaches in Puglia

🇮🇹 Sicily
More focused on architecture and towns than Sardinia.
>> Need 1 to 2 weeks to cover the island

HISTORY & CULTURE
🇮🇹 Rome - Florence - Tuscany
Always a classic, big cities with big historical landmarks
>> I usually suggest 4 days in each city.

LUXURY
🇮🇹 Amalfi Coast - Capri - Ischia island
>> Plan for at least 10-days

🇮🇹 Portofino
Think yachts and luxury shopping
>> Only need a couple days max and can combine easily with Amalfi Coast or Genoa

ROMANTIC / COUPLES TRIP
🇮🇹 Lake Garda or Lake Como or Lake Maggiore
>> Pick one and spend a week exploring different towns around the lake. Easily combined with Milan (2 a 3 days), Dolomites, Venice or Parma depending on the length of trip you want.

Send this to someone that you need to plan a trip to Italy with ✈️

My favorite little spot for breakfast with a view in Rome 🤩

It’s the best for first morning after you arrive to Rome because the jet lag hits hard and lets you get up super early.

Here my perfect FIRST morning in Rome:
- Trevi fountain at 6:30am
- Walk over to the Pantheon (15min walk), grab a coffee along the way
- Admire the Pantheon almost crowdless
- Stop at @ristorantedirienzo for breakfast (and a second coffee who are we kidding here?)
- After that there are so many options in the area: Chiesa del Gesù, Basilica of Saint Mary of Minerva, Galleria Doria Pamphilj
- Bonus tip: make sure to grab lunch at Osteria da Fortunata - Pantheon go early to queue for the first round of tables)

Alright, now that my secret formula is out. Who is ready for more Rome/Italy stories 👀

3 architectural gems in Mexico City that are so close to each other that it would be rude to skip one.

🇲🇽 Museo National de Arte
- Costs 95 MXN to enter (roughly 5 USD)
- Open from 10am to 6pm, with last admission at 5:30. Although we noticed we were starting to get ushered out around 5:45pm.
- While actually an art museum, the staircase is breathtaking

🇲🇽 Palacio Postal
- Cost 50 MXN to enter
- Open from 10am to 5pm
- There is a museum here about the post office, but if you love architecture you will be most impressed by the building itself
- Staff are really strict here about stopping at all to take photos or videos

🇲🇽 Casa de los Azulejos
- Free to enter
- Open from 7am to midnight
- Actually now a restaurant
- No one bothered us while taking photos or videos

Which are you visiting first?
