We all love the curated “CEO lifestyle” aesthetic, but nobody talks about the constant anxiety that if you don’t post for 24 hours, the algorithm will bury your business. This pressure just leads to creative block and sudden ghosting.

You don’t need to stay hyper-visible 24/7; you just need better content infrastructure.

Swap the daily hustle for a “Rainy Day” Content Bank:
✔️ When your energy is high, batch-record 5 or 6 quick, value-driven clips or aesthetic B-roll.

Day 39: Upgrading my energy baseline 🔋🚶🏽‍♀️

Woke up today and realized I actually wanted to go for a walk—not out of guilt, but because my body physically had the stamina for it!

In the past, low energy made movement feel like a punishment. But on this 20mg dose with @heydokitami , that heavy, sluggish feeling is completely gone.
