Many people go into the studio to learn a combo to get better at their moves, but forget that although dance can be taken seriously, it’s super important that you have fun doing it, because learning a combo isn’t anything like learning how to control your energy and convey that energy through your dance!

So here’s just a reminder that energy, & presence does not come naturally, it comes from practicing! Practicing controlling your energy and expressing it through your dance.
