True worship isn’t based on our circumstances—it’s anchored in His character. It’s easy to lift our hands when life feels light, but praising God in the middle of a mess? That takes real, radical trust.

This was the word shared at our last Timeout to Worship: when you trust that He can turn any valley into a victory and right every wrong, your praise becomes a powerful declaration that He is still on the throne. Worship through the high points, but hold tight and worship through the hard parts, too. He’s working it all for good. ✨🙏

Can’t wait to gather and lift His name together again. See you next Tuesday, August 25th!

CREST 2025 wasn’t just an event, it was a movement.
A gathering of creators, innovators, visionaries, and dreamers rewriting what’s possible for Africa and the world.

From powerful conversations to bold ideas, from collaboration to culture-shifting insights, every moment reminded us that creativity is more than talent — it’s a force.

This is the energy.
This is the community.
This is CREST.

My very good friend @wisdom.ating recently posted the picture on the second slide, and it immediately took me back to the first one—me teaching. That first picture captures what I truly love to do: making deposits in people's lives, making impact, and sharing knowledge. It's a reminder of the purpose that has always driven me.

The picture with my brothers—a powerful throwback—was taken when we first started what we knew as Believers in Business. (I’ll share the great things God did with the group later!) What was truly amazing about that time was the absence of trying to do it for the gram. No one was trying to "look cool" online; it was all about the raw hunger for knowledge and spiritual growth that propelled us. We were simply focused on learning, building, and growing.

It's bittersweet that Believers in Business is no longer active. But I've realized that not knowing when to ascend in perspective can bring confusion. Sometimes, when one door closes, it's simply a sign that you're being called to something greater.

That brings me to this powerful scripture: “Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.” (Rev 4:1)

It’s easy to forget that before John was told to "come up hither," he had already been faithful in documenting the messages to the seven churches (the things which are). God was calling him from the current assignment to the new realm of the hereafter—a higher perspective.

Sometimes, God calls you to do something for a period of time—to be faithful in a season—and when that season is complete, you are simply called up to a different view.

It’s crazy to look back on how I led a group of brothers in fellowship/business (the things which are)... and to see how I have now been called up to ministry (the things which must be hereafter). It just goes to show how awesome and intentional God is. He prepares you right where you are for where you're meant to be.

Keep showing up in the small things; you never know when you'll hear the voice of the trumpet calling you to a higher place! 🙏🏾 by @thatsdip

A Psalmist once said
"From fellowship to partnership
God and I, we can change the world.
Here comes heaven on earth through me
I'm His vessel on earth"

We partnered with God once more to build this particular house and change the world.

Someone asked me recently: “You’ve been pastoring for years—why don’t you post about it? How will people know you? How will your church grow?”

I get it especially as a comms expert. In a world where:

- Visibility = validity
- Followers = fruitfulness
- Likes = legacy

…it sounds like bad strategy.

But here’s my quiet rebellion:

I don’t want to be known. I want to be faithful

Because somewhere along the way, we confused:
- Servants for celebrities
- Altars for stages
- Anointing for applause

Jesus called us to build people—often in ways no camera will ever see.

I’ve tasted the temptation:
- The itch to perform when I should pray
- The urge to be heard instead of hear God
- The lie that impact means impressions

But fame is a cage. And I refuse to live in it.

Some of the most powerful Kingdom work:

- Happens in living rooms, not spotlights
- Is done by nameless intercessors, not headline speakers
- Is measured in obedience, not algorithms

So yes I will stick to the Acts 2 way.
My name might never trend.
But if one soul meets Jesus in the secret place?

That’s the only “viral” I need.

An addition will turn to multiplication which will in turn become multitudinal. by @thatsdip

So, I haven't posted in a while just because @thatsdip reached out to collaborate and work on his and @toyosi.csi project @crest.con which turned out to be a success.

Needed to create doodles on the photos of all the speakers and trust me when I say that was a lot work.

But when @thatsdip calls, I answer, just because he is my brother.

Anyway, tell us who you recognized. taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @thatsdip

Another year around the sun, and this time it feels different!

This past year has been a whirlwind of adventures. Building multiple ventures has pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way possible. I used to feel the pressure to always have the right answers, to make every move a guaranteed success. But guess what? That mindset can be paralyzing!

What I've truly learned is the power of embracing the unknown. It's okay to take calculated risks, even if they lead to failure. Because let's be honest, failure is inevitable. But here's the secret sauce: learning from those stumbles and making adjustments along the way. Every setback becomes a valuable lesson, a stepping stone on the path to achieving my goals.

This birthday, I'm celebrating the freedom to experiment, fail forward, adapt, and grow. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and I'm cherishing every step of this incredible journey. Here's to another year of chasing dreams, like a wise man once said the moment you stop dreaming that's the moment you start dying. by @thatsdip

Whenever couples write about their spouse in a Birthday post, they often portray a perfect picture, which can lead single people to exclaim things like "marriage dey hungry me oh" and "Let the singles breathe." I laugh in twi when singles look in from the outside and assume everything is always rosy, when in reality, that's not often the case.

Let's be honest here. This post won't sugarcoat or paint a perfect picture to deceive you. It's not about pretending everything is perfect, that would be injustice.

This post is to say Happy Birthday and thank God for changing the game by sending me Modupeola. I never thought I'd meet someone who would understand the responsibility God has placed over my life and I thought I was going to have to sacrifice companionship for my calling, but the Devil is a liar when he said I can't have it all.

Modupeola you've changed my life and opened up possibilities for us to break a generational curse that crippled both of our perceptions of what love and family means.

Thank you, Lord, for granting me the honour of building this institute with Modupeola. Our relationship mirrors God’s loving relationship with His people, and through her, I learn more about Christ and deepen my faith every day. I am committed to continually growing as a man, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, fulfilling the calling God has placed on me to be the best partner for you.

Happy Birthday once again to my Kingdom Partner.
It is an honour to provide you with spiritual support and covering.
