I just want to thank God. That’s it, that’s the post.
Ephesians 3:20

🌟 Representing the Philippines will never be just about one game, one team, or one moment. It’s about showing up with so much pride it shakes you, sharing wins and lessons with teammates who are now family, and remembering we are playing for so much more than just ourselves now. Laban, Pilipinas! 💙☀️❤️

To my friends, family, and forever teammates: thank you for walking this long journey with me. Flag football has filled my days, my mind, and most of our conversations, and through it all, you stood by me—believing in my biggest and sometimes craziest dreams and giving me unwavering love and support. I hope I’m making you proud, because every time I step on that field, I carry each of you with me—playing not just for the flag, but for every one of you that has cheered me on from the very start 🖤🥹

We’re just getting started 🙂‍↕️🤞🏽 @ifafmedia rankings need an update, you’ll see and hear (IYKYK) us again 😈 taken in Fenghua, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China by @thatsjoh

Just grateful to be someone’s Coach.

The game brought us together, but the people are what make this so special 💕🥲

🥹🤞🏽To every player who has let me be part of their journey, every parent who has trusted me with someone they love, and every organization that has given me the opportunity to lead, thank you. Being trusted to coach, encourage, challenge, and show up for your athletes is something I never want to take for granted.

You’ve given me plenty to smile about, a few reasons to lose my voice (IYKYK 🤭😅), and more purpose than you probably realize. I hope I’ve helped you believe in yourselves a little more, because you’ve certainly helped me grow, too 🙂‍↕️🫶🏽

Grateful for every team, every lesson, and every relationship so far and excited for the athletes I haven’t met and the chapters still to come. There’s more coaching to do and more heart to give.

Happy National Coaches Day. Thank you for calling me Coach. 🖤

Year 2 😈 A dream turned into purpose. 🇵🇭🏈

✨I’m beyond honored and grateful to share that I have been selected to represent the Philippines as part of Agila Pilipinas Women’s National Flag Football Team at the 2026 World Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia 🇮🇩

💙 Wearing “Pilipinas” across my chest means more than football. It represents my family, my roots, the sacrifices that came before me, and every young athlete who needs to see that they belong on a bigger stage.

This journey requires dedication on and off the field, and every contribution helps cover travel, accommodations, tournament fees, training, meals, and team expenses. If you are able to support, share, pray for, or cheer me on, I would be so thankful.

Let’s show the world what Filipino athletes can do. Laban Pilipinas! ❤️🌟💙
