Another poem I wrote🌱 and wanted to share as Suicide Prevention Month🩵💜comes to an end.

As we move into the long lonely nights, if you can’t stay for yourself, yet, stay for the people that will miss you dearly. and if you cant think of anyone who will…….think of me…I will. And I mean so don’t break my heart 🫶🏾

I love you all🌸

And this is my page so if I want to talk about whatever is on my heart then I’m gonna fucking do it🤍
For me and for you.

A poem I wrote about suicide 🪁

Did you know :

Across all countries, risk of suicide was highest on Mondays (approximately 15-18% of total suicides) compared with other weekdays.

Did you know……Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the US

Suicide was responsible for 48,824 deaths in 2024. The number of people who think about or attempt suicide is even higher. In 2024, an estimated 14.3 million adults seriously thought about suicide, 4.6 million planned a suicide attempt, and 2.2 million attempted suicide
