we have one week together until my last classes on June 22nd. when I moved to Philly 10 years ago to open up Rittenhouse Square, I had no idea what I was getting into. thank you for the support, Philly!the truth is it’s not really my choice due to my mental health. I’m not being given the space nor room to deal with the sudden passing of my father and in order to heal I need to remove myself from what is a toxic environment for me. the good news is i’m still teaching @thefitnessconciergeco until I land back in the corporate world. even then I’ll teach - just on a different schedule 💪🏽 same bikes, better audio + visuals, same pro level coaching from me 😎 space is limited class to class so book early! if you want to chat more in depth find me in the dm’s. love you, Philly 🖤 by @thatsouthernkid

today healed parts of me that I didn’t know needed fixing. my last survivor 🖤 today would have also been my dads 76th birthday. I love you RHSQ. and I miss you, Dad. you were the reason I ever took this 10 year journey. shoutout to the instructors who’ve taken class with me over the past couple of days. you have no idea how much that means to me 🙏🏽 and thank you to the staff today for what you did and for also riding 🖤 by @thatsouthernkid

for many of yall this might be a random post but for me it’s definitely not. I was fortunate enough as a kid that my parents were able to afford to gift me a model train set for xmas one year. the engine of my set, was the Union Pacific Big Boy No. 4014 - the worlds largest and only currently operating locomotive steam engine. It was built in 1941 to haul heavy freight and weighs around 1.2 Million lbs. it’s currently touring the USA to celebrate Americana’s 250th birthday 🇺🇸 random, but I geek out about trains and airplanes. the inner child in me definitely came out today. Go Birds 🦅 by @thatsouthernkid
