At Pause, we believe that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. We believe that you begin to thrive and tap into your fullest potential when you DO less to BE more. We believe that everyone deserves to experience deep rest, ultimate stillness and full presence. 💦

Our float tanks help relieve physical pain and anxiety, improve sleep quality, lower blood pressure and so much more. But some of the biggest benefits come from removing the noise, stepping away from the chaos and giving yourself space to be present. 💦

In a world where busyness is lauded above all else, we believe that simply being is enough. Taking time to be fully present is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself. We’re just happy to provide the space for you to do so. 💙

Thank you for capturing this: @chance_foreman
