this book was just 🤌 perfection!!!

This is the first book I'll read written by Cora Reilly. I have seen lots of videos and edits of this book, I just HAD to read. And I must say I wasn't disappointed. I absolutely LOVED Kiara and Nino's characters and the entire Falcone family (even Remo with his psychotic tendencies😂).

ps: not a review, just wanted to write a few things about it.

✨my first ever review!✨

This was such an amazing book!. It was cute, funny and it was everything I needed a romance book to be.

I LOVE the MCs, Connor and Catherine. Cat is journalism major and a sophomore in college. Connor is her best friend's brother and star quarterback of the football team. They had such a sweet and amazing relationship.✨

I absolutely adored the banter between the guys. Connor was such a sweet and I liked his struggles with baking.😂

✨things I found adorable✨

♡he helps take out her braids and washes her hair(if you're a black girl with natural hair, you know how much of a big deal that is)
♡he's always there for her when she's grieving
♡he bakes!
♡she helps him with his self self-confidence issues

The only thing that bothered me was the connection I had with the characters. I wanted to get to know them better and have them feel like human beings.

Nonetheless, I really loved the book and I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy scenes and they were very well written. I absolutely adored the humor in the book. It's a perfect book to relax and I really can't wait for more. ✨✨
