POSTS STORIES REELS

One year ago, I started THAURE.

Over the past year, I have spent every day turning an idea and a dream into reality. I have started a business, opened a clinic, made thousands of small and big decisions, and solved countless problems along the way - always with the goal of creating something I genuinely believe in and where I can shape my own working life.

It has taken countless hours, and I have put all my energy into it. In return, I am incredibly proud of what THAURE has grown into in just one year. Most of all, I am grateful for the trust that so many people have placed in me.

During the first year, I have worked with professional football players from the Danish Superliga, Bundesliga, Eliteserien, Allsvenskan and Ekstraklasa, as well as players from three senior national teams.

I have provided on-location performance support for a Grammy Award-winning international artist, their eight professional dancers and international crew during a two-day stop in Copenhagen on their world tour. I have also been part of the National Danish Performance Team’s tour in Uruguay and Costa Rica, while working both in the clinic and on-location with elite marathon runners, Ironman athletes, elite gymnasts, professional dancers, actors, musicians, business leaders and top chefs.

But just as importantly, I have spent countless hours helping people get back to everyday life with less pain and greater confidence and trust in their own bodies.

Alongside building THAURE, I have joined the University of Southern Denmark as an external lecturer and started several continuing education programmes as part of my ongoing professional development.

The photos offer a small glimpse into THAURE’s first year - from the clinic in Copenhagen to on-location work, touring support and everything in between.

I’m really looking forward to seeing what THAURE’s second year will bring 💪

See you out there 😃

P.S. I know I should be better at posting on here, but the truth is that I would much rather spend my time with patients and clients than creating content for social media. Fingers crossed I’ll get better at it in the year ahead 😇 by @thaure.performance

💪🏽 by @thaure.performance
