Grateful for these past 12 years. From being told I wouldn’t be able to play my senior year due to ankle reconstruction surgery, to only missing a few games and playing through it with my best friends, I wouldn’t have it any other way. F-TOWN 🤝 by @thaxrowland33

I am excited to announce my commitment to Christopher Newport University, and continue my academic and athletic career at the college level. I would like to thank the CNU staff for this opportunity, as well as my family, coaches and teammates for their support over the years! Go Captains! by @thaxrowland33

Nutrition is the key to performance.
After earning All-American lacrosse honors and putting up All-State football numbers, Thax hit adversity with a significant ankle injury.
Instead of making excuses, he doubled down on what he could control:
✔️ Structured nutrition
✔️ Consistent meal prep
✔️ Intentional weight gain
Result: +8 lbs with body fat % down in just over 3 weeks.
You don’t “accidentally” improve body composition.
You execute.
Fuel drives recovery.
Fuel drives strength gains.
Fuel drives opportunity.
College countdown is on. by @thaxrowland33

Thank you JF Football…..for the family, friendships, and lifelong memories. These past 13 years in the black and red have been nothing short of unforgettable, and I wouldn’t have rather done it with any other group. Even though my last game came a little sooner than expected, I’m still so grateful for the time I had on the field with them. I want to thank the JF coaches for all the time and effort they’ve poured into this program, my teammates for pushing me to be my best, as well as my family for supporting me through every high and low. JF Football will always be a part of me. #33 out🫶. taken in JF Sabre stadium by @thaxrowland33
