The 121 Clinic doesn’t have a signature lip shape. And that’s exactly the point.

Your lips should complement your face… not look like everybody else’s.

Individual features. Individual goals. Individual results.

Because at The 121 Clinic, we believe in enhancing what makes you, you. 🤍 by @the.121clinic

🤍 Reintroducing Leila 🤍

You’ll probably already know Leila from behind reception at The 121 Clinic, usually answering messages, organising appointments and keeping Jade’s life vaguely under control 😂

But her role at the clinic is growing!

Leila is a medical mum to Bear and mum to 14 year old James. After years of putting everyone else first, joining the clinic has helped her find a little bit of herself again.

She is now trained in:
✨ Advanced Facials
✨ Dermaplaning
✨ Microneedling

And she’s not stopping there! Next up is Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Vitamin Injections and Aqualyx Fat Dissolving with plenty more planned 👀

So she’s still receptionist, organiser and general lifesaver to all, she can just do a lot more for all our lovely clients now 🤍

I know you will all join me when I say how happy and proud I am to have Leila in The Clinic.

Nice girls get Botox too 💉🤍 by @the.121clinic

This appointment meant a little bit extra to me 🤍

This lovely lady is an aesthetics practitioner herself and, after finding my work, she travelled to The 121 Clinic and specifically asked for me to do her lips.

There’s something really special about being trusted by someone who works within the same industry and understands the treatment, the technique and the responsibility that comes with it.

I’ll never take that kind of trust for granted.

Thank you for making the journey and trusting me with your face. It genuinely means more than you know 🤍

And of course… those lips 😮‍💨✨ by @the.121clinic

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and it’s personal to me. I’ve lost family members to breast cancer, and others in my family have been through it and are still here. I’d like to do something kind in their honour.

Throughout October, The 121 Clinic will offer a few complimentary, gentle skincare appointments to people going through or recovering from cancer treatment, whatever their diagnosis.

This is private you time. Somewhere you can breathe, relax and feel cared for.

No photos or videos will be taken, and no content will be created from your visit. Your appointment will be completely private and confidential, with no expectation to share your story.

I simply want to give you some time that’s just for you, and hopefully help you feel a little more like yourself during an incredibly difficult time.

If you’d like an appointment, please message us privately. We’ll have a chat first about what would feel good for you and what’s suitable for your skin. by @the.121clinic

Meet Chrissie, our resident facialist and the calm to our storm at The 121 Clinic.

Chrissie brings a quiet warmth to the clinic. She’s kind, thoughtful and wonderfully easy to be around, with a gentle nature that makes you feel at ease without even trying. Among all our chatter and busy days, she’s our little pocket of peace.

She joined us this summer, quickly mastering the foundations of facial treatments and developing a passion for creating luxurious, relaxing experiences. We’re so proud of how far she’s come, and she is now continuing her development through training in microneedling.

With a degree in psychology and a lovely listening ear, Chrissie makes you feel cared for beyond your skin. Whether you need a chat, a little kindness or an hour without having to say a word, you can settle in and be yourself.

Her dedicated treatment room reflects her perfectly. Soft lighting, soothing sounds and beautiful scents create a calming space where you can breathe, switch off and enjoy some time just for you.

Chrissie may be one of the quieter personalities in our team, but she brings so much heart to it. We’re very lucky to have her 🤍🤍 by @the.121clinic

Meet Leila,
Receptionist, professional plate spinner and resident chaos coordinator at The 121 Clinic.

If you know Leila, you’ll know she’s very much an “OH MY GOD, I LOVE IT!” kind of person. Everything is exciting, everyone is lovely and every idea is amazing.

She has a massive heart and will literally do anything for anyone. If you need something sorting, she’ll sort it. Probably while answering the phone, replying to three messages, booking someone in, making a cup of tea and wondering where she put her own phone.

And then, of course, there’s possibly her biggest responsibility at the clinic…

Managing Jade 😂😭

Now, this is basically a full time job in itself.

Jade operates on a fairly consistent “Right, I’ve got 14 things happening, someone needs Botox, I need to organise a course, can we change this poster, where am I supposed to be today… OH WAIT, I’VE JUST HAD ANOTHER IDEA!” basis.

So reception is less of a reception desk and more like air traffic control.

Somehow Leila keeps up with it all. She plans Jade’s days, reminds her where she needs to be, what she needs to take and what she’s forgotten. At this point, “Jade, have you actually put your underwear on today?” probably wouldn’t be an unreasonable addition to the morning checklist.

And if you ever walk past the clinic and hear country music playing at full volume, don’t worry. It just means Leila’s in there by herself, living her best life.

Behind all the chaos and laughing, though, Leila genuinely has the biggest heart. She cares massively about people, works ridiculously hard and will always go that extra mile to help someone, usually without even thinking twice about it.

She might be permanently overexcited and completely incapable of doing just ONE thing at a time…

But that’s Leila.

And The 121 Clinic definitely wouldn’t be the same without her☀️ by @the.121clinic

Meet your Founder & Lead Practitioner 🤍

I’m Jade. I started The 121 Clinic with an idea, a slightly questionable tolerance for risk, and absolutely no intention of keeping it small.

Dream big. Take the risk. Back yourself.

I’ve always thought, what’s the worst that can happen?

You take a risk and it doesn’t work out? You learn, you recover, you change direction and you go again.

But wondering “what if I’d just gone for it?” is much harder to get over.

Every time I’ve reached one goal with The 121 Clinic, I’ve somehow managed to come up with three more 😂

There are some big changes coming, and things are moving faster than I ever expected.

Some exciting, some slightly terrifying, but all of them worth taking the chance on.

You don’t have to be fearless. You just have to decide the risk is worth it.

Anyway… buckle in. We’re not done yet. 🖤

Meet our new practitioner.
I am so unbelievably proud of Hope 🤍

Hope came to us as an HCPC Registered Paramedic, already a talented medical professional and injector, but wanting to expand her knowledge, learn new techniques and begin her journey into aesthetics.

She started with us on her Foundation Aesthetics training and has genuinely exceeded every expectation.

From day one, she had a natural ability with injecting, a brilliant understanding of anatomy and safety, and such a lovely way with clients. But what has impressed me most is how teachable she is.

Every time I showed her a new technique, made the smallest adjustment or suggested a different way of approaching something, she listened, understood why, and put it into practice straight away. Watching her technique develop throughout her training has been incredible.

She has sailed through every challenge I have given her, while never becoming complacent. She asks questions, wants to understand the reasoning behind what she is doing and genuinely wants to be the safest and best practitioner she can be.

She came to us already talented, and she leaves her Foundation training with even more confidence, refined techniques and, most importantly, the competence and clinical judgement to continue developing safely as an aesthetics practitioner.

As an educator, there is something really special about watching someone take what you teach them and absolutely run with it.

Hope, you should be incredibly proud of yourself. I certainly am. 🤍

And this is only the beginning… 🖤 by @the.121clinic
