Just opened up my SoCal Edison bill and noticed the "CCA wildfire fund charge" (which I'm assuming I just never noticed before) and can't help but wonder......why am I "contributing" to this when it has been determined that SoCal Edison was solely responsible for the fires? Shouldn't the liability be theirs and theirs alone? I mean, this is the wording in the fine print.
