𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗔 𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗔𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗞? 📹🎥

My Bapple speculaas cookies are made using a traditional Dutch speculaasplank — a piece of steamed beech wood with a carved design used to press dough into a specific shape. In the Netherlands, it’s mostly used around Sinterklaas (St. Nicholas) festivities in December. Though, personally, speculaas is a year round treat for me 🌷

Some bakeries use machines to shape their speculaas cookies, but in Bapple’s bakery, we do it the old-fashioned way: good ol’ hand labor ✨👐🏻 by @the.bapple.pie

𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 got herself some Easter spirit and created something heavenly:

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞 𝙀𝙜𝙜 𝘽𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙠𝙤𝙚𝙠 ✨️🐣🐰

Of course she used Cadbury's chocolate mini eggs — and it makes her Boterkoek even more delicious 💞🐰 Slice it up to share or just treat ya'self 🥧
