There’s a lot to do after moving your body, and fussing over a look isn’t on the list.

A few easy ways to keep the day moving while feeling pulled together.

Look one ✨

Printed workout gear adds a little interest. While a few simple layers take it into the rest of your day and also help when the seasons can’t make up their mind.

Biggest reminder: Never sleep on the men’s section. Some of the best fine knits live there and are perfect to drape over your shoulders or tie around your waist.

To keep the hair back, out of the way and protected from rubbing against your nape at the gym, we put the hair in a low ponytail. We used a gold detail ( hair pieces with gold detailing can be found on Amazon!) to keep up with the vibe of rest of the day!

Look two ✨

A little texture, a good shoe, and statement sunnies to bring it together. No need to overcomplicate it.

To make this hairstyle feel less “straight from the gym”, but still gym appropriate, we did a half up style that gives a slick back feel that can still move with you at the gym, at the mall, or at school pick up. Great for those who want their hair out of their face for their morning routine, but still feel more comfortable moving throughout the rest of their day with their hair down.

Look three ✨

Again, we let the layers do the work. A loose-fitting long-sleeve shirt is a wardrobe essential and one you can wear so many ways, whatever you’re going for.

We used a cap to add depth to this hairstyle to balance out this outfit and kept it casual with a loose braid. The hair stays out of your way, back and protected, and still transitions into daily life. To elevate this look we matched the gold detailing in the cap using a hoop earring to cover the elastic.

Let it be interesting and let it not make perfect sense. How we dress doesn’t need to be the most serious part of our day!
