The Black Hoteliers & Investors Association is on a mission to sustain and scale the prosperity of Black-owned independent hotels & resorts - including bnb’s, motels and historic accommodations brands.

BH&IA advocates for the proper capitalization and equitable marketshare of this growing hospitality segment - expanding it from its current market share of 0.01% to 13%, or 650 branded hotels & resorts by 2061.

We align our hoteliers and owners with capital to shorten the path to scaling, and launching their independent hospitality brands; and deliver outsized value throughout our ever-growing community of owners, investors and travelers.
