Happy Wednesday Friends ✨

What is your favorite bookish merch to buy?

I live in FL 🌴and my go to buy is always a sweatshirt 🙈 not that it’s 80 degrees or anything. 🤣

@thespicyromancebookclub_shop has some really great merch, including some that’s for the spicy girls! I love the quality and softness of the sweatshirt. I’ve been living in it with the cooler temps.

I also love the print (and quality), it hits my Eras soul (Taylor girlies, where you at?!) and will last a long time.

Check out their store, find something you love and treat yourself this season! ✨Use my code THEBITBOOKS for💰off your order 💕

Btw, hi, it’s my face on IG 🙈 stepping outside my comfort zone, wish me luck ❤️

What’s a book on your TBR you’re looking forward to reading?

Hopefully, Bride of Stone by @authorlisettemarshall makes it on your list!

As one of my favorite authors, I’m LOVING this book! I love Gon and Errik and their entire forbidden romance. A girl deserves to be happy😉 but how far are they willing to turn against House Averre? I’m still finding this out, but the pages keep turning :)

Happy Release Day to Bride of Stone 🎉 I hope you read it and let me know what you think!

In the meantime, I’ve gotta get back to reading 😍😉

Does anyone else wish they could take end pages out of a book to frame and hang the art work?

Just me?

End page art has to be one of my favorite features of a special edition! I just wish I could display it easier!
I guess I’ll have to get most shelves to open the books to the end page art 🤣

Anyways, this is from the FL edition of Ballad of Falling Dragons 🩵

It’s gorgeous 😍

Hey, you see that right there, in the middle of this picture?

Three books by one of my favorite authors, @allisoncarrwaechter 🩵

The Consulate and The Swan are part of the Orphium Maere series and I literally can’t wait for the next book, The Angel in 2027 😍

If you’re into paranormal Romantasy interconnected standalones, you will love this series 🥰 it’s full of badass FMCs and morally grey MMCs that will make you swoon.

Please add it to your TBR, and let me know what you think!

God Tier Series Alert 🚨

The next installment of @amber.v.nicole’s Gods and Monsters series Deluxe Special Edition is here!

The stenciled edges, exclusive design with full-color illustrated endpapers including character art, designed hardcover case, chapter headers, and an EXCLUSIVE BONUS SCENE make this an absolute shelf trophy 🏆

This book will also rip your heart out (in a good way of course) and keep you fed. I can’t get enough of Dianna, the badddddest FMC ever and her story. If you haven’t started this series OR you haven’t gotten around to book 3 - this is your sign to start it 🩵

It just keeps getting better and better 🩵

(Also, book 5 is coming sooon!)

Hiya friends! Is this my welcome back? I’m not sure, but I do miss my Bookstagram friends!

It’s been a tough and busy year with low motivation and time to create. I’m still here, just more in the background. Ive been reading more for pleasure and without time constraints and it’s helped me find stories that I love rather than stories that all feel the same.

The Shadows that Listen by @louisacarmodybooks is a book I found by scrolling and thought “Wow! This sounds so good!” I’m happy to say it lived up to my expectations and more. I loved how nothing is as it seems and there are twists and turns that are developed and meaningful. I love the FMC, Amara, who’s willing to do anything to protect those she cares about while also rising above when things get dark.

Angels and Daemons are at war, humans are caught in the middle, shadows are crawling everywhere, listening, as night extends its reach. Who will survive and weather the darkness?

Such a good read that I had to forego my extended hiatus to post about it! I hope you pick it up and let me know what you think 🥰

If you’re still with me, let me know how you are and if you’ve had a recent read that you love 🩵

Happy Release Day to one of my favorite authors @allisoncarrwaechter ✨

This is Behind the Iron Gate - a standalone set in the future after The Immortal Orders trilogy (which is one of my favs!)

Welcome back to Nuva Troi as Viv tries to start over after her sister’s mysterious death and she meets Casimir, the vampire prince who can’t seem to stay away.

Literally being back in this world felt like home! I loved the new angle of telling this story in the future with a new set of characters. As always, Allison’s writing is a magical as her world and story line!

100% must read if you love:
✨dark academia vibes
✨murder mystery
✨vampire & witch
✨fated mates
✨forbidden romance

Witch or vampire? Which would you choose as your mate?

I don’t normally buy two of the same book, but I had to for When the Moon Hatched 🩵

I just love both of these editions so much and for different reasons!

The @fairyloot edition is my FIRST special edition that I bought outside of the bookstore (I don’t want to talk about what it’s done to me since!). This edition grabbed me from go from the color scheme (my favorite), the art and the dragons!

When I saw the @barnesandnoble SE, I did a gasp! The overall feel is so different from FL but I’m captivated by the whimsy of the art, edges and the emotion! Just LOVE!

Do you ever look at your multiple editions and feel different perspectives? Tell me what you think!

Also, I can’t wait for the second book this year!!
