We are advocating for a future in which legislation is driven by the will of the people. We’re the most active on Threads and Substack. Find us there.

The American people need to know what really happened on November 5th—then demand that Congress take action.

Why are legislators even discussing the suffering inflicted by Trump’s unlawful regime—when they refuse to address the one thing that could stop ALL of it?

Whether it’s “Alligator Alcatraz,” the deportation of immigrants to third countries, or the gutting of Medicaid—Congress has the ability to stop this fascist takeover. These conversations are nothing more than performative.

Our legislators must acknowledge the stolen election. by @the.common.coalition

UPDATE: the class action lawsuit is not moving forward, but look at our website to read The Common Coalition report, and This Will Hold on Substack for most recent actions.

To answer the question “What do we do?”

Email, call, and tag members of Congress on social media. They don’t have to be your own. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment was written for this moment, a stolen election is a rebellion against the Constitution. We have the obligation to remove this entire unelected, illegitimate regime. It only takes one of them to recognize the disqualification and to get this process moving.

Secretaries of state and state attorneys general need to open investigations into the 2024 election, including the roles and activities of Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Eaton Corporation, DOGE, ES&S, Dominion, Pro V&V, the DDHQ reporting platform, and Amazon Web Services. They should also examine communications between Elon Musk, Rupert Murdoch, and the billionaire Zoom calls that began in April 2024.

Hold on to your hope. There are more of us than there are of them. This is not left vs. right—it’s bottom vs. top. We don’t need permission to enforce the Constitution. We just need courage. by @the.common.coalition

We need to remind ourselves: in a healthy democracy, this process wouldn’t be playing out in a courtroom. RCBOE should want to get to the bottom of the voting discrepancies in their county.

We can use Hawaii as an example—they discovered voting anomalies and are investigating and auditing the election results themselves. No outside lawsuits required for ballot access, they’re just taking care of business. Be like Hawaii. by @the.common.coalition

** This sold-out event was on July 2! Copy and paste the link to see the recording or head to our bio: https://youtu.be/C4x-F5XdCBY

We’ve been saying it for months: She won. Since releasing The Common Coalition Report in the spring, it’s been informing the public about what really happened in November—and what’s still possible if we move at the speed of togetherness.

The She Won series on Substack has now reached over 2 million views, because people are tired of the gaslighting. Tired of knowing something nefarious happened and being told not to trust their instincts. That’s why we’ve also focused on the joy, the memories, and yes—the crowd sizes.

That’s why we’re inviting you to a virtual call to walk through The Common Coalition Report and lay out the steps we can take to get her in there (link in bio).

More than 50 experts—statisticians, computer scientists, cybersecurity analysts, astrophysicists, behavioral experts, constitutional lawyers, and the foremost authority on election forensics—contributed to what we published. We even wrote a full FAQ section to address the predictable talking points that continue to create doubt.

To make sure this conversation is focused on action, we ask that you read the report and the She Won series on Substack beforehand. On the call, we’ll walk through the report page by page, outline next steps, and reaffirm what we’ve long maintained:

The election was hacked. Kamala won.
We have constitutional avenues to remove this entire illegitimate administration—but it will only happen if the American people demand that Congress act. It only takes one Senator to get the ball rolling.

Believe.
We voted for her.
She won.
And We the People are going to do something about it.

We see a lot of people sharing their “expertise” online saying “voting machines can’t be hacked” but @kamalaharris describes a different perspective in chapter 9 of her book.

The “Smart On Security” chapter of The Truths We Hold focuses on national security issues, particularly cybersecurity and climate change. Harris recounts her experiences on the Senate Intelligence Committee and discusses various threats to American security.

“America’s electoral infrastructure consists of outdated machines and local officials who often have little or no cyber threat training. When you consider how many major corporations have experienced data breaches, despite having invested in the best cyber security money can buy, our vulnerability becomes all the more stark. Some might think it is alarmist to be talking this way. But I think we should be preparing to defend against the worst-case scenario. That foreign actors will target these outmoded machines and manipulate vote tallies. Given Russia’s unprecedented effort to undermine confidence in our election system while attempting to interfere with the outcome of a Presidential election, there’s no question that the Kremlin is emboldened — along with other state and non-state actors — to try again.”

As more and more of you discover the election was hacked, we’ll continue to point to the evidence that has existed for years.

Believe.

Since the Shelby County decision gutted key protections of the Voting Rights Act, we’ve witnessed a coordinated effort by lawmakers to make it harder for people to vote. In Texas alone, over 700 ballot boxes have been eliminated, disproportionately impacting communities already facing barriers to basic needs like grocery stores, quality education, and accessible healthcare. Meanwhile, billionaires pour dark money into our elections, manipulating outcomes with nefarious technological tactics that drown out the voices of everyday people.

At The Common Coalition, we believe democracy only works when it works for everyone. Elected officials are public servants—not gatekeepers—and they must be held accountable to the people they represent.

We hope you’ll join us in fighting for a more just, equitable, and democratic future—where votes are protected, voices are heard, and communities have what they need to grow strong and healthy.

In solidarity,
The Common Coalition by @the.common.coalition
